It took over 30 minutes after I placed an order on the app for literally one 6 inch and one foot long. And there was no other customers in the store. There were 2 workers in the store and you would think that both workers would be working to get the orders out. However, the man was the only one working trying to do the 3 pick-up orders they had while the girl did nothing until customers came in and placed an order which was few and far in between.

I haven't even taste my sandwich yet. I'm just leaving and as I'm getting gas I wanna shout out the 2 young black men that are working right now 1/31 @6:30 pm. These young men gave theeeee BEST customer service. That is such a rarity now and days. For that alone I'll definitely be back.

I ordered take out from Subway today and I was very pleased with the service and quality of the sandwiches. The employee named Brandon was amazing. He was professional, helpful, and friendly. He prepared my sandwiches quickly and neatly, with fresh ingredients and perfect proportions. He also offered me some great advice on what sauces and toppings to choose. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu. He was excellent.I would definitely order from Subway again and recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty and nutritious meal. And if you get a chance to interact with Brandon, you will not regret it. He is a wonderful employee and a credit to Subway. Thank you, Brandon, for making my take out experience so enjoyable!

I have been to many Subway restaurants, but none of them can compare to the one where Brandon works. He is the best sub technician I have ever seen. He always greets us with a smile and listens carefully to our requests. He makes sure that our subs are fresh, delicious, and customized to our liking. He is very attentive to my family's needs and preferences, and he always goes the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and satisfied. He deserves a raise and a promotion for his outstanding service. Don’t waste your TIME. We stood in line for 42 minutes for a sandwich. 42 minutes ! The two girls making the sandwiches continued to make online orders as we stood right in front of them for a long time. They had terrible and sarcastic attitudes. Since I voiced how long it was taking to my sister, and there were no more online orders to be made, she started to fiddle around with the bread, and went in the back instead of fixing ours. I can’t believe how bad the service was. Sad !

Orders were prepared incorrectly. Called multiple times to have orders remade, was told several times by the staff that the only way to have the order remade was to speak directly to the manager, Zara. Left name and contact number, multiple times, never received a call back. Called several more times and was told again manager was not available and I would have to call before 3pm to speak with her. Called again, today and was finally able to speak with Zara. She was so rude, nasty and unprofessional. I told her that my orders were made incorrectly and she laughed and told me they were simple sandwiches, so it shouldn’t be a big deal, then proceeded to ask one of the employees did he remember making the sandwiches from over a week ago. Yeah, like he was really going to be able to recall that, after making 100s of sandwiches since then. I did hear him in the background, saying he could not recall if the sandwiches were done correctly or not. When Zara came back to the phone, she continued to dismiss my complaint, told me she never got my messages, stated that I only knew her name because she said it when she came to the phone, as if I was making all of this up, although I have ordered from them many, many times and this is the first time I’ve had a problem. She continued to laugh and be dismissive, then proceeded to hang up on me, after telling me she was NOT going to replace my orders. I even advised her that I actually kept the sandwiches to return them to the store for their review and she still refused to assist. I called back multiple times to get the corporate number and the number of her superior in order to file a formal complaint against her and to get a refund, because I refuse to ever visit this location again, but she and her staff would not answer my calls. This is unacceptable behavior, especially from a manager. I have filed a grievance with the corporate office via their online portal. So hopefully they will take the appropriate actions against her. Lastly, if the owner is not aware of this manager’s unprofessional behavior and disgusting attitude, after I’m done. They will.
