This is, bar none, the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. They have never once gotten an order wrong. They've always been friendly. I literally don't eat Taco Bell anywhere but at this place.

We ordered and were asked to pull up, we waited 45 minutes before walking in where they had JUST STARTED to make our order. It was not a lack of staff, it was a lack of organization, there was also another lady who was waiting just as long and multiple others inside waiting looking annoyed.

This is the worst Taco Bell Ever. I ordered at the kiosk. I got to the window and the gentleman tried to give me the incorrect food. I reordered and he asked me to pull to a parking spot and they will bring my food. There were 5 other cars waiting for food and I saw 6 cars on line. The First guy came out and tried to give me the wrong food again. Then the supervisor came out and asked me what I ordered. At this point I have been waiting in that spot for 21 minutes. I go inside to get my order and the "supervisor" who was not older than 25 if that,was rude and sarcastic. I asked him to speak to his manager and he called some lady who told me Her name was Ms "S". What kind of manager doesnt give their name. I believe i was not his manager because she sounded real ghetto and no concern with what Happened. He had the "Manager" listed in his phone as "OG". I will never eat there again and I will be calling corporated.

Trash…so iim guessing Hampton/lovejoy ga has the worst restaurants and service. This taco bell/ kfc was out of just about everything at 10:30 pm. Should just close up no need of getting hours and theres no food to sell to customer

Ghetto establishment full of ghetto incompetent people…Went to the drive through on 3/14 at about 12:40 pm … the girl at the window was rude.. didn’t give the person my food a receipt and i was missing food from my order…I called to speak to the manger Shernica.. (they put anyone in management positions these days smh) she was extremly rude .. i told her to just refund me for what they did not put in my bag and she said no because what i got was out of the meal box deal.. however i had also ordered it as a single item so she could of still refunded it.. she said i can just come pick the food up that was missing as if it doesn’t take time, gas and just a flat out inconvenience.. i wish i knew who the girl at the window was but i have no receipt or name!Called corporate they made a report and said they will be reaching out to the store GM. They told me she can’t refuse my refund.. and to call the police when I go back.. which is just excessive.. i called back and told the manager i spoke to them and she still refused.. honestly she needs to be fired..

This place does not even deserve one star had to repeat the order five times waited ten minutes before the order even came out lady super rude order was wrong forgot stuff and just added random stuff in the bag and when we went in to let them know apparently they could not hear us after we raised our voices to check about three times before leaving the intercom through the drive through area this Taco Bell needs better servers and a better manager to run this place or Taco Bell will end up losing money in this area sure hope the corporate office sees this and they fix this problem

I've tired getting food from here for the last 2 days in a row and the wait time has been close 20mins per car. I just give up and pull off from the location.

Slow service and not at all professional. Everyone talking and playing instead of paying attention to the customers. To top it all off they had signs posted all around the store that said no refunds. This store has gone so far down hill. The only saving grace is that the food was still good.

Honestly pathetic. They wanted me to pull up which is cool cause I worked in fast food before. I decided to come inside cause I was waiting for a while and they forgot my order. I’m pretty patient but for me to wait that long and for my food to be nasty is sad. They didn’t even cook the dough for my chalupa and that shi was cold as hell and I asked for no tomatoes and guess what? They had tomatoes on it and forgot my sauces. Do better!

Two in one KFC/Taco Bell. Only caveat: make sure they have what you want to order before you pay for it. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS! Other than that, a decent experience!

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. We’ve tried them a few times since we’ve moved to Hampton and they just can’t get it right. I’d advise traveling to a different location, if not, please just choose something else to eat.
