I want on a Friday evening around 630. It wasn't crowded at all and I found curb parking at the door. I was greeted promptly and politely. Inside was low lighting which was perfect setting for the restaurant at the end of the day. The best part is the food. The grand Nachos were great and the guac was on the side. It tasted very good, fresh and homemade. The beef had a robust flavor but not too spicy at all. The bag of chips on the side were crisp and fresh, not cooked in old oil. Also ordered chicken and beef taquitos that were great and fried perfectly. The beef flautas were filled to the max with beef. My favorite was the Nachos. The price for these dishes altogether was under $40 and a good price for what was given.Parking: You may wait a lil bit to find the spot you want but it's available and free.
Great food, always fresh. Excellent service by people who take the time to get to know their regulars.

Went there tonight and I’m gonna tell you, IT WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL. Chips were luke warm. Salsa was not cold. Neither of us were super hungry so we decided to just share some tacos. Chicken tacos with corn tortillas. I make them at home all the time and everyone loves them when I make them.They came out the chicken was cold and dry. The tortillas were saturated in oil that tasted like they used old fryer grease. Totally disgusting. We both took one bite each and put them down. Went to server and explained that the food was terrible. She then proceeded to tell me that she could tell from the moment I walked in that I wanted to eat for free. Excuse me? I ate one bite! What did I even eat? The salsa? More than happy to pay for that and the soft drink but not those disgusting tacos.What the lady didn’t know is I literally paid $50 at illy today in Atlantic station for coffees and desserts. Your $12.99 that you are charging for tacos isn’t a problem. The problem is it was unappetizing, cold, and not worth eating.

First of all, tap an pay doesn't work so bring your card with you if you decide to buy food here. I tried the birria tacos and the ground beef taco salad. The birria comes with consume which was more of a flavorless soup but the taste of the tacos alone made up for the lack of flavor. They only give you about 3/4 cup of the consume which comes in more of a dipping sauce container than an actual bowl. The tacos tho?.. DEFINITE 10 out of 10! With the taco salad, I added diced onions, sour cream and cilantro because it only comes with the basics; lettuce, tomato, and cheese. For me, the taco salad gets about a 9 out of 10. Simply because yeah, I know it's a salad but the ground should've been a bit warm right? It was still good.. I just had to pop it in the microwave for a few seconds when I got home (I'm only about 4mins away). I WILL be eating here again. Those birria tacos were great!**UPDATE** Okay, so I decided to visit them again a few days ago on 10/13 and I found out the hard way that this is a hit or miss restaurant. Meaning they aren't consistently good. I've added more pictures as well to show the differences in the same food. My 2nd visit I ordered the birria tacos and the texas dip. I added pico and salsa into the dip so don't think that it'll look this way when you order it. As you can see in the added pics, there's NO cheese in the birria tacos. What you can't see is the tuff strips of steak in the texas dip. I say all of this to say that IF you're ordering "To go", don't be in a rush! Check your food before you leave the restaurant to assure that everything was made correctly.

Sooo this is actually my 2nd time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and the texas dip. I'm giving the restaurant 3 stars this time and I'll tell you why. First, Wikipedia defines the quesabirria taco as, "Quesabirria ("cheese birria") (also called birria tacos or red tacos) is a Mexican dish comprising birria-style cooked beef folded into a tortilla with melted cheese and served with a side of broth (Spanish: consomé) for dipping." Dear Tierra Mia, where's the cheese? The texas dip and the lack of inconsistency is what removed the 2nd star. The steak strips were so chewy that trying one piece, I went ahead and removed the rest from the dip. Disappointed this time. Yes indeed. ESPECIALLY after I paid almost $40. If you order the texas dip tell them no steak and save yourself the trouble. Also be advised, that this restaurant's food prep is not consistent. It's a hit or miss. With that being said, check your food to make sure that it was prepared correctly. (I'll be adding the updated photos when Google allows it)

I’ve gone twice - the first time they said we ordered the wrong thing. We brushed it off as our mistake and didn’t make a fuss.The 2nd time I pointed at the picture when ordering. They brought 3 Tacos and explained the extra 2 Tacos pictured are just for ‘show’. They didn’t give me a soup as advertised. Needless to say we won’t be back.$16 bucks for 3 Tacos?This place is ALWAYS empty. Your food comes fast! Workers are kind and polite.
I love how fresh the food tastes! Get the fajitas or the grilled chicken birria tacos with flour tortillas. They're gonna hate me for this ?
