The food just wasn't as good as usual. My cheese omelet was overdone, the grits had way too much butter in them and they forgot my bacon. The food didn't taste bad, it just wasn't as good as it usually is when we stop in. Maybe it will be better next time 😌.

Food and service was excellent but it was so cold in there it made it unbearable to eat so we ate what we could bare and left and stood outside and talked it was warmer.

There was a hair in the food no apology or anything Cook/manager act like he was mad then ordered a waffle and it was barely cooked to top it all off ask for Worcestershire sauce and was told they didn't have any so I said please go look in the back and they did

Courtney is RUDE and she’s a mean girl! Just plain disrespectful! She was horrible to Shelley (our server)… She forced her to stop taking our order to help her pass out plates. The experience continued to decline from there. The floors were dirty, there was hair in the food the eggs were undercooked. Out waffles were undercooked as well. The manage tried to make it better but that was a fail when he tried to charge for something we didn’t get! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Decided to write a review while I was placing an order for a different waffle house. It reminded me because I took a look at this location wondering why they still have 4.1 stars. Came in late at night a while back I can see the cook burning everybody’s bacon literally every to go order. Had to ask the waitress to ask her not to burn my bacon. Food was not decent at all. Spent $20 on one meal just for it to be disgusting. Was mad at myself trying to figure out why I did not stop at the one by my house that is always fresh and tasty.
