Courtney is RUDE and she’s a mean girl! Just plain disrespectful! She was horrible to Shelley (our server)… She forced her to stop taking our order to help her pass out plates. The experience continued to decline from there. The floors were dirty, there was hair in the food the eggs were undercooked. Out waffles were undercooked as well. The manage tried to make it better but that was a fail when he tried to charge for something we didn’t get! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Decided to write a review while I was placing an order for a different waffle house. It reminded me because I took a look at this location wondering why they still have 4.1 stars. Came in late at night a while back I can see the cook burning everybody’s bacon literally every to go order. Had to ask the waitress to ask her not to burn my bacon. Food was not decent at all. Spent $20 on one meal just for it to be disgusting. Was mad at myself trying to figure out why I did not stop at the one by my house that is always fresh and tasty.

Ashley was amazing, she was our server! The cook...... She could really use some etiquette classes. I know I shouldn't expect much but she was ridiculous. She works 2 jobs including dollar general, she had to get the dude from jail name covered up. Just an ear full of garbage. Would not recommend.

The toast tasted like somewhat of burnt drippings ,made whole sandwich sad. The workers had gloves on but we're still cross contaminating .
