This is a really nice establishment, Ice cream was great! I hosted an ice cream social for our youth group, the staff was beyond awesome. The owner came out and spoke to everyone, we had a great afternoon here. Thank you!

I remember taking my son here. He was so excited that he graduated kindergarten that day. Still dressed in his cap and gown..,the lady who was there was so dry and disengaged. Never said congrats or anything. I haven’t gone back since and we live right down the street.

Welcome Home Creamery & Coffee in Hampton Georgia (Henry County) is absolutely amazing. The Creamery is very clean and immaculate on the inside with its colorful decor. The staff greets you with warm smile and make you feel right at home from the moment you enter the establishment. The cherry on top is the ice cream and coffee honestly melts in your mouth and you can taste the freshness. Thanks again Welcome Home Creamery & Coffee for delivering!!!!!

We came here once and we loved it! We have tried to revisit at least 5 times and every time it has been closed despite its posted hours of operation. We try to support local businesses, but this is beyond frustrating. Please change your hours to reflect when you'll actually be open.

Seen this shop plenty of times and finally had time to stop in. I got the Banana pudding ice cream and Butter Pecan. I've never had Banana pudding ice cream before and I must say I was not disappointed. The taste was AMAZING. The butter pecan was great also but the banana pudding was my favorite. I appreciate how the waffle cone was actually made fresh and in front of me and Im delighted that its a family owned business. I plan on going back

I don't typically leave reviews for service, only for the food but since I wasn't served here I didn't have a choice. The lady behind the counter who is supposed to help people get ice cream stopped in the middle of helping the ladies in front of us to sweep the floor and when she finally got to us after an extremely long period of time, she have one sample to my niece turned away from us to make herself a coffee. No joke. If you don't want to work, don't. I'm not sure who the owner is but they shouldn't have someone work alone on a Saturday evening who clearly doesn't want to work there. They lost business and customers tonight because we were obviously an inconvenience for wanting ice cream. Zero customer service at this place. We may try it again when anyone but that lady is working.

The ice cream we got was really good and prices are only slightly higher than shops like Marble Slab. I am usually willing to pay a litle more to support local businesses. That being said, they are only getting 4 stars because they did not have everything that was advertised. When we asked about the peach cobbler sundae we were told it was only available in season (which is fine) but that they leave the flyers up to bring in business (feels deceptive). We did get there around noon and they werent open yet. They opened up about 5-10 minutes late. It just didn't leave me wanting to go back, even though the ice cream was pretty good.

Visiting from Michigan. The banana pudding flavor is by far the best ice cream I ever had!

I really don’t want to give a bad review but I’m really not sure if this place is open. I’ve walked here 3 times to come get coffee or maybe an ice cream but there was nobody there. I thought it would be cool and convenient since my xPress bus stop is a little walk away but this is an ongoing pattern where the hours online are not their operating hours so I would love to walk by on my commute or break but they are rarely open.

EDIT : Yes, this photo is from yesterday when I was on my lunch break somewhere between 12 or 1. No I did not come here at 8 AM once again I tried to walk over here during the hours you said are open which is 12-8 during the week and this has happened multiple times.

Love everything. However driving from McDonough it's now been 6 trips they were closed when the hours show open. Went again today at 2 and they are closed. Bad business to not adhere to your posted business hours.

The staff is welcoming and their ice creams are creamy and delightful. My favorite are the pistachio and cookie dough flavors. I always stop for a sweet treat when I can!
