Worst Wendy's, I have ever visited! The wait is way too long, and the order wasn't right. Good cold. No smiles, no thank you. Just hand you the bag and turn their head. I don't want to imagine how clean it is in there.

They would not give my refund back I was late typing back to work the general manager was supposedly called on the phone the manager had a nasty attitude ppl playing all in the restaurant I had to pull back to the second window for what reason I don’t know fire the whole staff nd replace them I will never recommend any one to eat there on my mama!!!!!then im eating it the fries disgusting no salt burger mushy chicken nuggets hard waste of 6 dollars and told me they can’t refund me back smh Wendy need to better

The short Red head girl is very unprofessional!! I told her I was picking up a mobile order. Which I made over 15 minutes to arriving to the restaurant. Instead of checking on it. She proceeded to chitchat with her coworkers until I brought it up to another young lady. I wait another 15 minutes for the order to be ready. This would have been alright if the store was busy but it wasn’t. It’s called fast food for a reason. Very unprofessional. I will not be back. Y’all need to hire people who are actually willing to do the work.

Waited 5 minutes to order at the speaker and did something weird to the ground with a metal tray while leaning out the drive-thru window - resetting the drive-thru timer? They had us pull up and wait another 10 minutes. No updates, explanations, or apologies. We had to go inside to get our food. The chili was all beans except for two bites which had a little bit of meat (no exaggeration).
