Unfortunately I didn't notice the grime until after we got our food and sat down to eat. The floors are greasy. The ketchup was fermented. The burger was equally greasy and dry. The fries were over cooked and the oil smells rancid. Not one inch of this place was clean. The only good part was the employees. They were great.

Came here to grab breakfast cause Chick-fil-A was backed up. They asked me to hold on for my order waited five minutes and no one ever took my order. Do not recommend stopping here wasting my time.

I ordered a medium hot order of fires with mustard. There was no one in line or the parking lot. Now, I know why! I get to window, they were short on cash, no receipt paper and old fires. I handed the fires back. I was told I would have hot fires in 2 minutes. What I received was the same fires re-cooked for 2 minutes. Even, I know frozen fires takes at least 5 minutes. This is not the Wendy's you want to purchase a meal from.

I did a mobile order on August 28th when I went to pick up my food they told me that they’re holding on fries & nuggets & they parked me. I waited for 10 minutes trying to be patient when I know that it doesn’t take that long to cook fries or nuggets. After 10 minutes I went in to see what was taking so long after a couple minutes they gave me my food I checked my food and the fries was cold as the damn freezer. I told them I don’t even want the food anymore & left it there because I wasn’t about to wait for more food. I called to get a refund because the manager told me had to get it through the app. I have called several times and still no response from the 1800 numbers on the Wendy’s app. I DON’T RECOMMEND this store cuz once they get your money they can careless about the quality of the food! I’m only leaving stars cuz I have to but this STORE IS TERRIBLE!

Slowest fast food restaurant. There are never enough workers to keep the line moving smoothly and the workers I've witness have no sense of urgency. Do not recommend!
