I did a mobile order on August 28th when I went to pick up my food they told me that they’re holding on fries & nuggets & they parked me. I waited for 10 minutes trying to be patient when I know that it doesn’t take that long to cook fries or nuggets. After 10 minutes I went in to see what was taking so long after a couple minutes they gave me my food I checked my food and the fries was cold as the damn freezer. I told them I don’t even want the food anymore & left it there because I wasn’t about to wait for more food. I called to get a refund because the manager told me had to get it through the app. I have called several times and still no response from the 1800 numbers on the Wendy’s app. I DON’T RECOMMEND this store cuz once they get your money they can careless about the quality of the food! I’m only leaving stars cuz I have to but this STORE IS TERRIBLE!

The last two times I have been super disappointed! They will try not to give you a receipt so you can't get your money back! Also if you call the manager only available in the morning!

Slowest fast food restaurant. There are never enough workers to keep the line moving smoothly and the workers I've witness have no sense of urgency. Do not recommend!

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent experience at your location. Unfortunately, my visit was troubling for several reasons.

First, I was served food that appeared to have been prepared by a child—no older than 10—which resulted in both my daughter and I experiencing stomach issues. This raises serious concerns about food safety and proper kitchen supervision.

On top of that, while addressing a separate issue involving a minor car accident in the parking lot, I encountered extremely unprofessional behavior from multiple staff members. I attempted to speak calmly and respectfully, simply asking questions and requesting contact information for someone who could help resolve my concerns. Instead, I was treated rudely—one employee even hung up on me, and another cursed at me. This behavior was caught on video. When I asked for the general manager's supervisor’s contact information, Miss Ashley (the GM) became hostile and refused to provide any emails or phone numbers for higher management.

This experience has left me frustrated and deeply disappointed. I would appreciate a response, and I am requesting that someone from upper management contact me directly to address these issues.

Why did I pay 16.72 for a double baconator meal and a 6 piece nuggets . Just when I get home to open up my burger and it was a single cheese burger with onions , pickles, ketchup & mayo only on it . YES A SINGLE PATTY WITH NO DOUBLE MEAT OR BACON !!!! I would post a picture if it would have let me !!! I will not be back to this Wendy’s! I’ve had nothing but trouble getting food correct or fresh food . Don’t expect a response from no manger . Done been there and done that . They make it like they will make it right then ghost you and changes mangers like every week it seems like . What has happened to all the fast food restaurants. Everything has went down hill ! Nobody cares anymore!!!!
