The drive thru experience was awful. The entire time I was ordering she was saying is that it. Not acknowledging if she even had the right order asked for orange Sunkist and instead of saying we have orange fanta she said rudely we don’t have that drink. Got to the first window and the little older lady was sweet as can be and informed me that the next time I go through ask for the orange fanta the lady taking my order should have offered that to me but she does that a lot with other customers . Got to the other window and the lady there sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked for some honey mustard . Got home the bacon wasn’t cooked barely warm, fries were old burnt and cold. Just a disaster ! If these people are signing up to work at fast food do better with your attitude . It’s not my fault you ended up there in life. Do better!

Disgusting , burger had a weird taste , fries tasted fried from like 2 days ago , literally, the worst ever spent money .

Absolutely disgusting. Food was not fresh, nor was our order correct twice! The staff had an attitude correcting their error. The frosty was served foamy as opposed to solid like ice cream should be. The manager said to the worker, “why are you taking orders back?” As if it were an issue to correct the order. My family and I left disappointed and unsatisfied so much that we didn’t finish our food.

Had a small order. Horrendous experience with lack of professionalism. Paid yet told me I still owed. They only double checked when questioned about it then attempted to send me on my way and didn’t give me a receipt. When I asked for my receipt, it showed they overcharged my card and OWED me change. Lady at the window has a terrible attitude.

Wasn't going to leave a review when I experienced no customer service at the drive-thru but then the fries were stale, hard, and cold so I went in to get a refund. I can see the issue definitely started at the top. Not sure if Gelila is the managers name or not (short, dark skin woman with locs I believe) or just who was signed in to the register to process my refund but she not only didn't ask what was wrong, she didn't offer to make it right either. She didn't apologize, nor did she have any type of greeting at the start of the encounter nor at the end of the counter. I had to ask if that was it in order to know I was free to go, no apology or anything.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced. I was told I could not add on to my order at the window when it literally would’ve taken them 3 seconds to make the half empty frosty they give me. I’m sick of restaurants thinking that the food they give out comes from their paycheck. And the manager on shift this night tried to justify the half empty cup of chocolate frosty I received. They also tried to short me of a nugget order. Just unprofessional and has really gone down in service.

I came through the drive thru and it amazes the lack of customer service. No one greeted. The young man at the window taking the money tonight just told me the total and then when the payment went through immediately told me he was out of receipt paper and closed the window. Like dude I’m in a hoodie and sweatpants do I look like I care about receipt. I pull up to the next window and the young lady just passes my order to me and says absolutely nothing. Like whatever happened to hello??? How are you??? I won’t be coming back simply because of the lack of customer service.

I don’t know if the black older lady working the location today is the manager or not but she needs to take classes on customer service! She was unpleasant for NO REASON! Go work somewhere that doesn’t require you to have customers!

I was the only car at 6am and had to wait over 30 mins for only two sandwiches (not combos) while I watched every other car in that timeframe pull up and receive their order.

Sure as hell ain't what it use to be. Definitely had much better tasting burgers from wendys before. Probably won't go back. Kinda waste of $😔😠👎
