I forgot the young man name who assisted me after the Speedway trunk or treat in the Drive thru but I wanted to say that your customer service was great and it was great meeting someone with a professional and friendly attitude. I have a large family and all of my items were correct.

What in the front door is this. I found a hard piece of plastic after eating majority of my food. This is my first time experiencing this from this particular store. I wanted to let them know it was in the $7 double bacon stack meal. I called with no answer. This just made me sick 🤢 .

The Krabby Patty Kolab is awesome! The burger sauce was delicious! The pineapple frosty was a little sweet, but still good.

cashier on her phone, in the lobby, had the nerve to ask what I wanted when I walked in the door. I walk to the front counter, and the manager says she is coming, I said when she gets off her call, I guess. The manager didn't say anything. Just rolled her eyes like I was in the wrong. The manager continued to play with the kids in the D/T, I guess an order was wrong, and she slams the food into the trash and laughed about it. This location has really gone down, with no accountability and just look of professional courtesy. The kids on the line did an excellent job. Once my food came, no acknowledgment that it was ready, just stood thereand staring at me. So I said oh it's ready, she didn’t say anything, but got back on her phone.
