Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Gave my son food poisoning twice! At first I thought it was a virus but it only happened when we ate here.

They suck and it’s too many young kids working there!!!! They need somebody older to direct them! Ridiculous how y’all don’t have fries ready?!!!!! FRIES!!!! And when they came out it was still cold!🤦🏾‍♀️

I went to pick up food for my son. Soon as I walked in, I looked at the score. They have a 76. I did not pick up his food. I left. 76.

Gave us someone else’s old food that’s looks and tastes like has been there all day. Tried to call to see if they could fix my food, no answer.

This dont make any sense. My food taste old and dry. The whole time im in drive thru you can hear the babies playing instead of working. No one wants to spend money and horrible food. Where are my fries and fresh food. A waste!

Wings were old and dry with sauce and had no flavor, toast was a brick tenders barely had sauce

Food was bland and tasted soggy, then to add to it. There was no one in the restaurant aside from myself and the employees and a manager comes walking in and just starts screaming at one of the employees and acting an absolute fool. I can only imagine what shes like when there is absolutely no one around. Disgusting attitude and behaviour.

Horrible service. Had me to move from the window just to bring out half the order and the order was wrong. I ordered the shrimp salad and got chicken! I am allergic to it... Brung a new salad out with no ranch dressing. Told my husband forgot to order it. The salad was old and the shrimp was cold and had a little smell to it. Salad had a big ass chunk of lettuce that was not cut up and oldand withered lettuce surrounding it. I tried to call and speak to the manager. There was no answer after calling over 5 times. Food is to high to be sending out garbage and old ass food. I am highly upset because I spent $37 dollars on this inedible food. Zaxby's need to better. Lost me as a customer because it was 9 pm when I started calling and they don't close to 10:30 pm. Just Horrible service all around!

didn't get everything i ordered. missing items. and they have the lobby closed way before posted closing time.

While I wouldn't describe the experience as entirely negative, I firmly believe it had the potential to be significantly improved.

The food horrible. I will not be going back to this location. It's a waste of money. The wings were dry I could even eat them and the fries were nasty.

I ordered a House Salad and I got a whole bunch of lettuce, about 3 cucumbers,a couple of slice tomatoes, and maybe 2 strips...this is the worst salad I have ever received from Zaxby's. I had to do a review this is crazy and I spent 11.11 on this. Yes, I am pissed! I will not go to this Zaxby's ever again. The cashier Gracie was very nice. I went through the drive thru. Look at the pictures 📸

Worst attitude! Didn’t want to put soap in the bathroom. Manager with beard was looking at me crazy when asked about soap.

Very bad service around 5pm. Gave food after an hour and did not even season the fries. Truly do not recommend.
