Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is not one of Zaxby’s best, this is the saddest salad I have ever gotten at ANY Zaxby’s!!! Grilled chicken house salad….out of tomatoes (which was fine-I didn’t want them anyway) but the lettuce tastes like it’s dirty and the chicken tastes old and dry…I paid for 4 EXTRA dressings and I got only 4?!?! Not going back though, and it was not busy!

Staff was kind, line moved slow, they forgot my bacon & they were out of several sauces. I'll still go back.

After waiting in line in the drive thru, they refused to take anymore orders. Waited approximately 20-30 mins then to be told they’re not taking anymore orders. They should have still accommodated those that had been waiting all that time. But instead they turned folks away that were already line waiting.

I wanted some fried pickles 😩 😫 sooooo bad. I placed my order, I paid and I was asked to pull up because my fried pickles were cooking. I received my order and looked in the bag I was sooooo upset because my fried pickles were burned extra extra crispy. Now I said I would never give Zaxbys Lovejoy another chance and I truly hate that I wasted my time and went back on my word and came back to this location because of the last time I came and the general manager was soooo rude. I dictate where I spend my money and I can honestly say I will NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!! I'M glad I had to go inside because I would have never known that they have a 86 Health Score and previously an 76 and a 80!!!

Long wait times. May need more adults than teenagers working per shift. I was able to hear all the workplace gossip, though. I know who called out, who’s chilling with who after hours and who’s late because they were probably smoking. I understand but if this is what causes the food to take longer then…no.

This location is the absolute worst! Today is my second day trying to order and I still had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Yesterday I went inside and the place was nasty, the women’s bathroom had no tissue and the lights were out and needed to be changed. The young black girl at the window has the nastiness attitude. Either this place needs to be shut down or new staff.

This is the worst location. If you’re a door dasher avoid this place. On certain days when they are not busy and no cars are in line you will still have to wait 30 minutes for your order. They need to stop playing in that kitchen and do their job.

The girl that I told my online order for she ended saying kicken chicken then giving it back to whoever the cook was at the window and I ask did you say kicker chicken she never agnoledged me when I asked and to find out the food she handed back was my food so my fries were hardened and dry and sanchich was cold the only I got fast was my drink so communication and customer service is needed at the lovejoy location it's July 1st 2025 and I was having to get back to my work later cause of the inconvenience

We have been coming to this zaxbys in lovejoy for years . I can say it has went straight to garbage. The last two times we have been here and ordered food . We haven’t received coleslaw. Never told when we order that slaw wasn’t available. Till you go back and question them where is your slaw . It happened again today . The chicken looks like it’s been reheated and not zaxbys chicken that we loved . When you go to a restaurant and spend your hard earned money and can’t even eat it’s ridiculous. The chicken doesn’t even taste the same either . Don’t ask to have your food tossed in sauce cause they will only pour a little sauce on top of your chicken. We will drive out the way to one we know we will get fresh and food the way we want it . Please drive to the brand new one they just built .

Not only did I wait in the drive-through only one car in front of me for 10 minutes, I ordered a salad when I got to the window they pulled me to the side and I had to wait another 20 minutes. Yet, the people that’s inside are getting their food before the people in the drive-through and all I ordered was a salad. I spent my whole lunch break waiting to get a salad that I didn’t even get. Smh

It is always full of young people. I have no problem with that because at least they doing something. But the food is never cooked right. It's always missing one or couple of things. The attitude that they have here is crazy
