Very bad service around 5pm. Gave food after an hour and did not even season the fries. Truly do not recommend.

I was actually early before opening only 3 employees inside but I had a lunch date with my daughter at school and a set time frame I explained this to the employee and she told the other lady and they hook me up with time to spare..my daughter smashed her food 🫡🥰🥰
My apologies for not getting the ladies names but i remember the cashier has a 7th grader at my son's school aswell so thank you so much ma'am and the cook lady also.yall help make my daughter day

This place is disgusting and I see the reason for the 85 B health score!

They gave my order to a uber driver that never delivered my food.

The new wraps are very good. However the cobb salad had a piece of hair in it. I'm hoping the staff is wearing hair nets and gloves and have no lice or anything like that in their hair. Because I just ate this salad and pray that I don't get ill.

Too many kids and know one is holding them accountable. They never have fresh chicken after noon. Dnt go after 8pm..that nite crew don't care about your food at all

Where is management on site? Employees on their cell phones instead of assisting customers, long wait in drive thru, and staff inside killing flies with a broom. Why?

Just left the local Zax in my area and just wanted to highlight Eudail working at the window very pleasant and good customer service you don’t see that a lot! He greeted me & also told me to have a great night while patiently waiting for me to hand him my payment. I think we should all highlight the great people in fast food businesses so that we can continue building customer service environments in our local stores and in life!

Zaxbys is one of those spots that definitely goes downhill after a year or two.
I enjoy the food but it seems to be inconsistently fresh.
