Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My husband went to grab a milkshake at 9:50 PM. Waited for 5 minutes just for an attendant to come and say the manager said they are no longer taking orders. You close at 10. Your hours are not suggested hours of operations. What’s the point of having business hours if you’re not going to keep them. If your manager wants to go home early then he needs to clock out early and not inconvenience paying customers.

The fries had seasoning on them!! Although I felt the lady wasn’t too excited about me asking for extra seasoning prior to knowing that. It was fresh, fast and good for a change. There was a guy at the register and couple ladies at the second window. I almost lost faith in Zaxbys before today.

Ordered a kickin chicken sandwich from them. The sandwich had but a few drops of sauce on it. It was like eating a dry biscuit. I ended up putting my own hot sauce and ranch on it. Do better

The wife and I had a couple bad experiences some years ago but have had wonderful experiences since that time. Today, we we nt to newer one on Jonesboro Rd. Nice folks, fast service, good food. We got an Asian Salad and a Cob salad. Both were excellent.

Please fix the fly infestation. It's way too many flies flying over the food that I've seen employees just swat the fly away and still serve the food that is disgusting. Don't ask me to email you just fix the fly infestation.

Curbside service is NOT GOOD. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order and I still had to ho into the restaurant to get my order. I asked the little girl at the counter about my order all she did was point to the shelf my order had been sitting on. No care AT ALL.

I waited 30 minutes for my food. I ordered ahead and everything. They weren’t busy at the time I went. Wouldn’t use this location ever again.

The growing pains should really be over by now. I’ve given three chances but the drive through is so ridiculously slow. If you can’t make double orders at a time, the please don’t take double orders at a time. Please figure it out. I can drive to a different location and be back home in the same time as this one which is only 2 miles from me. Food was fine though. But dang.

I just ordered and haven’t touched my food and this what it looks like. They will barely give you any food and give out tiny wings. Don’t recommend.
