People people people!!!! I’m smiling while just thinking about these cookies. I’ve been here multiple times and should’ve done a review the first time because A Haute Cookie is deserving of it!I’ve gone here when the owner was there and when she wasn’t and each time the service has been top tier. Even when I’m indecisive the staff is so patient. Kudos to the owner and the workers! A good front line shows that the back office must be amazing.I order no less than 4 cookies each time. This go round I ordered a Sugar Butter Cinnamon, Oatmeal, Strawberry Cream Crunch, M&M, & Lemon Drop. I’m going to keep this review short and simple:Every cookie is amazing. Try them all! I’ve even bought some and sent them to friends! They’ll individually package them for you as well!
When I say they have the best cookies in GA, they have the best cookies by far. They're so many different options. My favorites are chocolate chunk toffee, red velvet white chocolate, toffee, chocolate chip. Honestly EVERY cookie is amazing.

This was such an awful experience. I am so disappointed at the lack of care for customers and product. I was referred to Shiana by someone at work and our office loved the cookies. For our holiday party in December 2023 and I ordered 6 dozen cookies. Almost $300 and I still had issues. My order was ready the next day extremely early and I put in the notes that I needed the order for a later date (which the website instructs for you to do). I had to call almost 15 times to get a response. When I arrive, my cookies are ready but not labeled. On the back of every individual cookie package, there is a list of flavors to tell you what flavor of cookie. I asked the young lady to label them and she refused being that "she didn't know what the cookie flavors were". I paid extra to have my cookies individually packaged why would I not want to know what's inside. Someone could be allergic to anything inside. It's quite distasteful. Anyways, I get my cookies and everyone loves them. Fast forward to yesterday March 7,2024, I placed an order the day before for two dozen cookies. One dozen regular cookies, one dozen specialty cookies. I showed up at 2 pm because the website as well as Apple Maps says they open at 2. The door says they open at 3pm. I see people inside so I call and they tell me my cookies are baking. I end up waiting over 3 hours to get my cookies. The ladies inside did not label my cookie so who knows what cookie is what. They continued to quote me different times and weren't truly honest in the timing. I was told the manager would give me a call but she never did. I have never received an apology from the business owner, and will not be returning. I continue to show up and show out but they never seem to care enough about the customers. Cookies are wonderful, service is a zero. I would rather try publix.

first of all, let me be clear -- their cookies are so thick and delicious (with awesome flavors!), & are truly in my top 3 in atl. HOWEVER... the staff seems to never be there when i go (during their listed hours, no less) -- the "be back soon" sign has been posted on the door the last FOUR TIMES i've gone. this is incredibly frustrating, especially given the parking situation in inman park. please please please remedy this or at leastttt get on door dash so i don't have to waste any more trips! i would 100% give 5 stars if it weren't for this extremely inconvenient, consistent experience. i'll be happy to update my rating when/if this experience changes.

So sad because the cookies themselves are SO good - last Friday capped off bad experience 2/2 here. The picture included says it all - pay $50 for a cookie cake; and this is what you will receive. Also, the birthday girl's name is Madi (major yikes). From a service perspective, the winter hours posted state opening at 3pm. I was still outside staring at the handwritten "be back soon" sign at almost 3:30pm. This business is notorious for being open when they feel like it. However, all that said - the cookies themselves are top notch, arguably best in the City. Good luck getting your hands on one.

Where do I begin? The location is amazing. I found this place on accident while looking for something sweet to eat after having dinner at a restaurant on the same street. I walked over and was greeted by the sweet, young lady at the front as well as the heavenly smell of cookies! All the cookies were delectable but my favorite item of the night was this brownie type of cookie with cookie dough in the middle (I hope I am describing it right). I can't wait to go back next time I visit the area. 10/10 for the experience and the food. But I would recommend going earlier in the day because the stock of cookies was running low when I went. I got lucky but I don't like to try my luck twice .

Based on my overall experience, I rate A Haute Cookie a 4 out of 5. I don't want to give the impression that their cookies are terrible because they're not. In fact, A Haute Cookie has some of the best cookies in the city with a wide variety of options. My personal favorite is the double chocolate cookie; it's rich and flavorful. If you're a cookie lover, I highly recommend trying it. However, if you arrive at the store towards the end of the day, you may find a limited selection of cookies left. As a place that stays open until midnight on certain days, why they don't bake another batch of cookies mid-day to keep up with the demand. Today, at 3 p.m., half of the cookies were already gone. It's clear that people love the cookies, so I suggest pre-ordering to ensure that you get your desired amount. A Haute Cookie is a small and intimate spot that offers unique items such as cookie shots, ice cream sandwiches, and coffee. While the cookies are top-notch, the coffee was just average. The latte I ordered wasn't delicious, but the delightful cookies more than made up for it.In conclusion, if you have a sweet tooth and enjoy cookies, check out A Haute Cookie. My best friend bought my a toffee cookie from here and I fell in love. I placed an order a week ago, but when I came to pick it up they were out of all of the cookies that ordered. So, I tried again a few days later, and they same thing happened. Order number 2 canceled. Needless to say I was disappointed, again. Raina has top notch customer service. Not only did she follow up with me, but had my cookies delivered and threw in some extras. She has restored my faith in Haute and the cookies were with the wait. Thank you so very.
