So this was my first time here and soon as I walk inside can I get all flat 10 piece and she kept saying the wings are small I said I don't mind I just need them to be all flat then I go over to get my drink and there's no root beer but you don't have a sign on top saying this not any root beer left that was kind of weird to me then it just staring at me so I just grabbed my Coke I grabbed my wings and I leave they were good

I placed a large catering order and could not reach anyone to make changes that I need to it. This location refuses to answer the phone and the corporate number directs you to a broken link when you call it. This company seems to not care about their customers on a corporate level as well as on a store level wish I would have spent my money elsewhere. I can’t even get ahold of someone to cancel the order if I wanted without driving to the restaurant.

Don't come,MAKE A U TURN!!! !!! !! It's not too late! From the moment,I entered the service was terrible. The cashier in the front(heavyset brown skin black female) was beyond rude and dismissive. She didn't even give eye contact and barely gave customer service. Her overall presentation was dreadful!!! She was lifeless,tasteless and overall low class. They treat customers with disrespect and food is mediocre and nottt fresh! (like other locations). She lacked respect and professionalism. If this is the representation of American deli(,count me out)! The service, the food, the place 1.5* There are other locations. GO AHEAD N MAKE THAT DRIVE!

While traveling my daughter insisted we try these wings due to IG posts, the wings were good and flavorful, I had BBQ she had the hot wings, the fries had no salt or any type of seasoning but still tasty..
