Chick-fil-A got the standard Chick-fil-A service everywhere you go I've never been inside this particular Chick-fil-A order the soup it was good as usual the storage system have that homie inviting feeling

I am extremely appalled at how their staff are not attentive at all. I ordered through DoorDash and my driver just informed me that the staff had already handed my order to someone else. I don’t understand how a pickup like this could be messed up so easily. Every restaurant I’ve ordered through DoorDash, almost all the time, the staff always asks the driver who the order is for and to verify. This is unacceptable

I had a frustrating experience during my visit to Chick-fil-A. On November 11, 2024, I ordered a veggie wrap, but when I opened my food during my break at work, I found that I had been given a grilled chicken wrap instead. Unfortunately, Chick-fil-A had already closed for the evening, so I couldn't resolve the issue then.

The next day, November 12, 2024, I returned to the location and decided to speak with someone in person. I explained the situation to Nick, and he asked if I had spoken to anyone the previous day. I told him the restaurant was closed at the time. Nick then informed me that he wasn’t authorized to help and asked if I’d like to speak to a supervisor. I agreed, and when the supervisor arrived, she was very understanding and instructed Nick to comp the new wrap I was ordering.

However, when Nick rang me up, I noticed the total was higher than the previous day's total, even though I was told my new wrap would be free. Nick insisted the higher price was due to the drink and taxes, but I was still confused. I went ahead and paid, but upon reviewing my receipt, I saw that he had charged me for an additional wrap that I hadn’t ordered.

Nick then called the supervisor back over to the register to request a refund for the extra charge, but he walked away before the issue was resolved. While the supervisor did eventually ensure that my meal was free due to the confusion, Nick’s behavior was disappointing, especially as a loyal customer of Chick-fil-A. He needs better training on how to handle customer issues and provide proper customer service.
