This place is lower rated than Morrow D&D down the road. Not as vibrant , no music no flashy digi boards, blank empty grey walls, bland in here. Like they had to put all seating to the sides to make a big empty path down middle of store. not cozy or inviting. Not as nice employees either, but seems to be in a classier part of town. Morrow D&D is a 5... then this one is a 3. Donuts were fresh and tasty well made. Does have green tea, nitro, coffees , on tap. Maybe 3.5 rating. Ive beenbto D&D that i would rate as 1-2 so its not to bad in here.. clean too.

Lovely Life

Everything was going great until I noticed a young lady trying to steal my credit card, at the drive-through window she asked for form of payment gave her my card. She went and got my iced latte came back to the window and told me my total and reached her hand out for another form of payment as if I didn’t remember giving her my card. I politely said you already have my credit card and gave her a certain look (don’t play with me) she proceeded swipe my card and give me my card back as I was still giving her The don’t play with me look LISTEN little girl play with your younger siblings, but please don’t play with me. I am one of them. What told on her she was too nervous. Some people aren’t good thieves.

Young kids that work here are always talking loud, using profanity, using derogatory slurs and talking about rolling up. The fact that you can hear them through headphones is insane. These young kids need to learn how to be professionals because no other job is going to accept this behavior.

I finally tried the 6$ breakfast.. and I received a total of 5 quarter sized hash browns, and they promote the sandwich on a bagel, which i wanted. But it comes on a croissant that I had to keep putting together, the coffee was the bright spot.. disappointed

The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in the state of ga, I have visited hundreds of your stores and I have never seen such rude disrespectful workers. I can’t wait for Monday to reach out to corporate! Maybe you guys need workers that are from other stores to teach them about manners.

My daughter and I brought egg sandwiches. They were fresh and hot not to mention delicious. My daughter really enjoyed her strawberry latte. Staff was friendly and helpful as always.

Today I went in to get a small iced latte & the new almond croissant however when I got my order, my drink did not taste like it was made correctly and I wasn't too fond of the new croissant. I went inside the establishment to get a replacement for both items, the manager or shift leader "Christian" seem to have an attitude from the jump when I came in to see if I could get a replacement & that my drink was not good at all. All I wanted was a replacement, not a refund. She seemed to walk away from me stating that "for future reference if I did not like something that I would have to keep it" in such a tone like she was too lazy to make me a replacement or give me an exchange. I asked for a refund & walked out. The lack of professionalism was surprising.

The girl at the drive-thru today was terrible. She didn't say hi not before I ordered or once I got to the window. My muffin was $2.68; I gave her $2.75. She handed me my muffin and just looked at me. She didn't ask me if I needed change back so, I asked for my change. She handed me my change without an apology or even saying "Thank you , have a nice day." Are you all training these young ladies on how to greet customers? Terrible customer service! 😑

This DD has greatly improved. The drive-thru server was friendly and humorously engaged us with cute banter. Drinks were tasty and just as ordered. We have been avoiding this DD because of the poor service and poor drink quality. Great job making it a store we will again visit regularly.
