I love eating at IHop but to add additional prices for certain items that are not posted on the menu is crazy . Turkey sausage is additional. Not listed on the menu. One shell egg extra $1.50 not listed on the menu. This is in additional to the price you are already paying for meat and eggs. They are just adding additional charges and we are expected to pay. Our breakfast was good. We asked for water and soda. It had a bad taste and smell to it. They have not cleaned out their soda machine. That was about 3 -4 months ago. I hope it clean now. We have not been back since that episode. Although, the restaurant is clean and nice servers.

Mangers are very rude. They pick and choose who they want to give hot syrup Togo too. I ordered my food to go and before I paid I made sure to ask for hot syrup in my bag. However when I came back to pick up my Togo order I was told by the cashier that took my order that she placed the hot syrup in someone elseâs bag. The manger Phyllis as she stated her name was very much rude and nasty!! No sympathy at all for her customers! She stated âwe donât give out hot syrupâ how? When she just stated she put it in another customers bag! Once again I asked was it okay to give me my hot syrup as requested before I ordered. I was told no we donât do that once again by Phyllis as she stated her name! However I left the food right there! Iâll be calling corporate for this matter along! Very unfortunate for a customer that comes there frequently but today was a big deal about hot syrup! Very unprofessional!!! As a manager of my own company! I wouldâve accommodated the customer and also apologized and allowed the customer to know next time we canât do this because of whatever reason she decided to come up with. Iâll go to another IHOP before I spend my money with them again!
