This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a jimmy johns store. I still cannot believe how terrible the service was. I had a promise time of 11:25 am for my order. I did not receive my order until 12:34 pm! I had to keep asking about the status of my order (at least 8 times). Finally they searched for my order and had to move my order in front of existing orders just to finally get me my order. There were a lot of other people who's order was tardy. They made me late returning to work from my lunch break. This is the worst location in the metro Atlanta area!

One of my.favorite sub shops. Everything is fresh. Love the option of lettuce wrap instead of bread(unwich). For the day im feeling healthy and dont want all the carbs.

I placed an online order for curbside. I selected that I was outside waiting on the order. I waited for 20minutes for no one to bring the food out. When I called to see if it was ready and if someone would bring it to me, they told me no one was bringing it out because they didn’t have enough staff to bring it out to me. So now my once toasted warm sandwiches are cold and soggy !

I must say this by far the worse place ever.I will never come back.I have been ordering through Uber eats food was always good .I had some free time and decided to go in ,I’m glad I did . I saw everything wrong unsanitary,workers sloppy ,touching cell phones while preparing food,not washing their hands while going back to prepare food then you got to bag your own food that’s ridiculous.NEVER EVER.

The food is also good but the employees are not nice. They don’t greet you or ask you for your order they just stare at you when you walk in. Sometimes I just look at them to see how long it takes them to ask me for my order but it never gets that far I wait to long
Called over the phone to place order , when I arrived they never made my order . So she places the order right there in front of me . I sat down and waiting and no one called me . The lady said someone must of took my order but there was only two there people in there . And they still made my order wrong . And there was a guy in there smoking a vape in the kitchen area!!! I knew I should have left then !!!! So upsetting

One of my sandwich orders is a bit different. They make my Mayonnaise sandwich without any judgement and never overprice me either. The customer service is amazing and always is greeted when I walk through the doors.

I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. I gave better customer service to them than they did to me. I was treated like I was bothering them by being there. I placed my order and was advised it was going to be a 20 minute wait for the bread. I didn’t mind. I waited, my order was ready she plopped my sandwiches on the counter. I asked for a bag and she proceeds to tell me that it is self serve. So I paid $24 for my meal and had to pick up a bag and bag my sandwich grab my chips and grab my cup for my drink myself! Then when I got home none of the toppings that I paid extra for were not on my sandwich! I do not frequent Jimmy John’s much and won’t start! Unacceptable.
