I ordered a sandwich for lunch delivery, but my order never arrived. After waiting two hours, I called the store and was told by the manager that the sandwich was on its way and to continue waiting. I waited until my work shift ended, and the order still never arrived.
When I called again, a different manager told me he could not find my order and offered to remake it, but said I would need to pick it up or come back the next day. This is frustrating, as I ordered delivery specifically for lunch while I was at work. Picking it up after my shift or returning another day defeats the purpose of placing a delivery order in the first place.
I’m very disappointed with how this was handled and would appreciate a proper resolution for the inconvenience.

Why does it take 30 minutes to make a sandwich?
Ordered a regular tuna, asked for a ton of onions and received maybe 3 pieces. The staff at least was nice at the register. While I only had a glimpse (30 minutes) of their business and don’t know what goes on behind the scene, I could see they clearly only had one person making the food despite having 3 or so associates stand around and do nothing. There was only one person waiting ahead of me so no reason why these sandwiches are taking so long to make. Extra stars was given because at least there was a decent amount of tuna just really wished it came with the onions like I asked for.

Great food and service.. Got the spicy ranch chicken wrap . Wrap was fresh and light . Not to busy or noisy . The price was reasonable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was made fast and with care .I would recommend to others .Jimmy John's is a good sandwich spot.. Prefer them to other brands..

I haven't been here in a while but decided to stop in and get me a tuna Lulu which was freshly made and delicious by the way. In the middle of lunch rush hour. Major props to the young adults working during the summer. Please leave them a tip. To the older adults keep showing the way. Thanks Jimmy Johns

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a jimmy johns store. I still cannot believe how terrible the service was. I had a promise time of 11:25 am for my order. I did not receive my order until 12:34 pm! I had to keep asking about the status of my order (at least 8 times). Finally they searched for my order and had to move my order in front of existing orders just to finally get me my order. There were a lot of other people who's order was tardy. They made me late returning to work from my lunch break. This is the worst location in the metro Atlanta area!

One of my.favorite sub shops. Everything is fresh. Love the option of lettuce wrap instead of bread(unwich). For the day im feeling healthy and dont want all the carbs.
