Went in after 2pm as this store participates in the make it a combo after 2 for free promo. They charged me full price and when I realized it and called them they said they don't do the promo unless you ask. They did offer for me to drive back and they would correct the issue but that makes 0 sense that you have to ask for the promotion to be applied.

I ordered a #12 Beach Club for lunch, and as I ate the sandwich, I realized it tasted different. When I opened the sandwich there was no meat on my sandwich. I called the store to inform them and hopefully try to get a voucher or credit for another sandwich. They said that I needed to come back to the store with the sandwich and the receipt. I told them that I didn't have time to turn around and come back because I had to return to work by the end of my lunch time at the school. I then told them, "Can I take a picture of the receipt and the sandwich and email it to someone?" I can not take the sandwich back after work because that would mean that I would not have anything to eat for lunch at all. Now I see why I appreciate Chick-fil-a so much. They would have made it right with no problem and finished with a "my pleasure." I guess I will enjoy my cheese sandwich.

This location continues to go downhill. Mismatch orders several times in the past and come back to desk with someone else’s sandwich and today was the worst, guy taking orders is eating bread at the same time and a woman on the sandwich line whiping her nose with arm while making sandwiches. Don’t recommend

I'm speechless!!! I had one of the most selfless, incredible, and outstanding services at this location ever!! I wish I could have remembered the young man's name who waited on me! He was so friendly, humbled, professional, and caring!! With the economy being what it is, I was working in the Hapeville area and decided to pick up sandwiches for my son and I for dinner! What I can say is this gentleman was an angel! Our sandwich was excellent, there was no wait time and our order was made with caring hands!! I've been going to this location for a while, and it has had a lot of turnover! I hope this employee will continue working at this location! Hope to see you soon!! Thank you so, so much!! You're the best!!

Pick up order from app. The sandwiches were still behind the counter instead of on the shelves for pick up/App orders so I had to wait on line to ask for my food. They handed it to me and I was able to depart. FYI...They do not have curbside service even though it is available on the app...they won't bring it out but usually place it on the shelves when you walk in for easy pick up when you are in a hurry. Sometimes they have staffing challenges and it takes longer to receive your order.

He was so friendly, humbled, professional, and caring!! With the economy being what it is, I was working in the Hapeville area and decided to pick up sandwiches for my son and I for dinner! What I can say is this gentleman was an angel! Our sandwich was excellent, there was no wait time and our order was made with caring hands!! I wouldn’t order doordash through here. I ordered doordash earlier and they called and said they had no drivers and they would refund me. Then they just never refunded and pretended to deliver my order. Fortunately doordash was able to refund me but def don’t support a business that will steal your money! I rarely leave reviews but for something like this, I def will.
