This location had closed and I realized it had opened back up. I had visited this location many times in the past. Noone was at the counter when I entered. There was one person near the kitchen area having a conversation on his phone. He looked up but didn't acknowledge for about 2 minutes. A lady finally came out to take order. Once completed she put my two pizzas on counter and left. No customer service here. I open box to check it, got my own napkins, pepper, parmasan cheese and left. Both pizzas were cut in pieces and not slices(??) The sausage had a weird bad taste...had to pick it off. I will not be visiting this location again.

I used to eat here all the time then they closed down and reopen. I placed my order for the first time in a while. It was supposed to be a delivery. The pizza never got delivered. No one never contacted me to let me know the status of the order I had to call them and then I asked them. How long would it be? They told me they don’t know and suggested to cancel my order. I won’t recommend anyone to this location if they’re doing delivery

I just picked up Large Pepperoni Magnifico. They tried to be clever my making it very well done as a way to mask the smell of the aging pepperoni, look if its going bad throw it out and don't run the risk of food of losing or poisoning your customers.

Called to order 40 extra large pizzas was made at 9:30-9:45pm and the location near the Delta Flight Museum made it ALL possible to get the order fulfilled. The service, the willingness , and the effort was 100% to our satisfaction. Great job!
We were hosting a large Gala Event and the vendors and crew wanted to have something to eat after a long day of work (12 or more hours). We were able to provide pizza for about 110 people or more. The order was 40 extra large pizzas 🍕 that arrived in short time, greatly cooked and tasty, and hot oven incredible crust.

I placed my order & went outside to wait. While outside the cashier came out with a gentleman 2xs. When I went inside to p/u my order she was sitting a table on her phone. my question is ..with an empty restaurant why didn't she let us know our order was ready??? Horrible customer service!!

The store has take out and delivery disabled online and in the app. If you call, no one will answer the phone. The only way to place an order is to physically go to the store to place an order and wait on it to be ready. I feel like this may be a bad business model for a pizza place.

What’s the point in having a phone number but don’t answer the phone? I ordered over an hour ago and the app says the pizza is still being made but the expected delivery time was 30 minutes ago

Don’t be sorry just refund my money, and I already submitted the feedback, feedback isn’t a refund nor a pizza.

ordered online and paid. Over an hour later I had not received my pizza. Called the store and no answer so I drove up to the store and it was closed.
Next day and I have spent another 30 min trying to contact someone to get a refund and no answer and I am not able to contact anyone online either

Unsure what’s been going on lately with this location, but I’ve ordered pizza multiple times from this location online and they’re closed. If you are going to close the business during business hours, refrain from taking payment. Now I’m having to dispute charges with my credit card company.
