We came through on Christmas Day. It was around 3:15 pm, I was having a DAY and all I wanted was fresh, extra salty, hot fries. They delivered. The lady was sweet as can be, food was ready quickly, and boy did they take my extra salty request seriously. 100/10 experience.

The service I received tonight from crystal I believe that was her name was so unpleasant & distasteful… she was the rudest worker I’ve ever came in contact with . She didn’t want to do her job tonight for what ever reason . She came to the drive thru window & refused me service because she didn’t want to walk back to swipe my card for my bill the lady that was on the back window told me to pull forward without my card being processed which caused this unpleasant vist tonight I couldnt believe this woman actual told me she didn’t have to serve me because of that. I need corporate number & I will be visiting in the morning to talk to the head boss about this smh. Horrible customer service from this lady

Stopped there on long trek home for bathroom break and food. Urgent trip to bathroom first, didn't check if there was an toilet paper first..called the store, said I was stuck in bathroom no toilet paper, they chuckled and 10 minutes later brought some..wasted so much time, no time for dinner..

Came at 430 am no one was in the store the lights were off although they claim to be open 24/7 😔 false advertising for sure.
I grabbed a breakfast sandwich 🥪 😋 which is the sausage egg 🥚 and cheese 🧀 mcmuffin. I didn't want a meal combo. Because you only just feel like a sandwich 🥪. I had a bottle of water 💧. But. Honestly, it's easier to get that when you have medicine 💊 to take. Normally I would grab a combo but, just didn't have the time. Next Time

I can only assume one star for everything because I didn’t even get to experience this McDonald’s. While I was driving up, I saw employees but I guess they decided that because they saw a customer they were closed early because after that, no one answered the drive-through no one was at the windows and no one was walking around in the store. I guess every employee there just had to do something in the back right then and there right? Give me a break whoever is in there now needs to be replaced with people that care about their job jobs

The franchise owner needs to update their hours to 11pm closing, or get employees who don’t close an hour earlier than posted on the door and online.

This McDonald’s is really not it like on the website it says they close at 12 but once u pull up around 11 or 10:50ish they close like how that work yall need to get yall hours fixed or some cause that’s so irritating & then yall need to work on the customer service !!!
