I love this McDonalds I am a very loyal customer I visit EVERY DAY. They know me by hard when I get there. Special thanks go out to Ms Audia , she is very curious when ever I order if I’m not earning points she shows me how to get the most out of my app.she always keep a smile and speaks. Her customer service is awesome . Shout out to everyone else the e manager she makes my coffee just as I like it always nice her team is awesome. Although I don’t know her name I will describe her she wears her hair pulled back butter pecan skin and wears glasses with big hips . Awesome Go Audia!!!!

This McDonald’s is filled with some truly wonderful people. Employees like Krystal, Parl, Angelica, Taniya, and Andrea—along with so many others, both new and seasoned—make this place a welcoming and enjoyable spot. Their kindness, dedication, and hard work shine through every day. The new GM has been a great improvement, bringing noticeable positive changes.
The crew does an excellent job keeping the restaurant clean and making sure customers are taken care of. The bathrooms are consistently cleaner, and even the seasoning on the 1/10 lb meat has been more balanced, which is a nice touch. Krystal and Parl work tirelessly to get orders out quickly, and Angelica’s memory is nothing short of impressive. Their smiles and friendly service make a difference, sometimes making me feel like I’m at Chick-fil-A rather than McDonald’s.
Of course, not every experience is perfect, and a handful of employees don’t quite match the same level of service. But that’s just a small part of the picture—because overall, this location is filled with wonderful people who care about what they do. While I may not remember all the managers' names by heart, I do know them all, and they are fantastic leaders who help make this place feel like more than just another fast-food stop.dafd

The worst customer service, the person who took my order laughed at me because I mispronounced something, when I went to give her the money she didn't say anything and looked at me really badly, when I went to the second window I asked for the manager and the person told me there is always a manager here, the manager came to the window without looking at me and didn't listen to me, he just left... terrible service, very bad treatment horrible people working this is bad!

Today I ordered a quarter pounder meal … I took two bites and knew something wasn’t right…. The food didn’t taste fresh at all… and I felt if I would have continued to eat the food i would have immediately fell ill. I don’t believe the food at this location is being properly stored and an investigation should most definitely be lodged into why this particular McDonald’s customers are coming up sick. Please don’t eat here!!!

Lately, things have not been right with the quality of my food.
I visited them on 2/15/2025, and purchased 4 sausage McMuffins and 5 hash browns and immediately began feeling ill. I should have known something wasn’t right when I bit into the sandwich and noticed something was wrong with the muffin. I took one bite and didn’t even bother by finishing the sandwich it, but I knew something was wrong when my son (who never gets sick begin throwing up), followed by my daughter, then me. My son said his sausage seemed under cooked. All I know is I’m DONE WITH MCDONALDS, ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION.
