Moe's Southwest Grill

I ordered the chicken, bacon quesadilla. The woman working didn't know the ingredients first off, she's asking my ingredients as is I said I wanted to build my own burrito or bowl. I stated I wanted everything but the lettuce, she continued to ask me my ingredients. So at this point I'm a little annoyed. The second lady just takes the quesadilla, no tucking and just laid on the grill for a QUICK SECOND and took it off. Let's just say I ended up with a soft shell taco!!...not coming back. Everyone was clueless on how the food is supposed to be.

Moes Monday deal does not work. Have been for the past 2 years ive been here. Did somethinf change?

This Moe's has a different feel. You don't feel welcomed when you walk in. I keeping going because I enjoy the brand but this Moe's is dry. No one welcomes you in and when I have had a stressful day (honestly) I sometimes go to Moe's. Not this one anymore😔

Clean and quite quick service if only the cashier was a lil more patient and welcoming she assumed me and my brother was together and wouldn’t give me my own bag of chips knowing I got a bowl and I was headed back to work but I just decided to leave without the chips not about to argue over food my brother paid for smh

Food was good. The service was excellent when my coworkers and I visited. Much like Chipotle, I'm not a huge fan of Moe's food overall but this location was worth the stop for lunch. The staff did a wonderful job. I'd stop here once a month or every 6 weeks just for the great service I received.

Kudos to the manager Amaya and the store owner (gentleman forgot his name) to help me rectify an order/situation with a previous order that wasn’t right. They were friendly quick and kind about it.

Be careful when you order their new menu item Moe meat moe cheese…. It explicitly says on the menu that it comes with double steak, but they are going to try to charge you for extra meat anyways. And when you say something about it they are going to deny it…. Very sketchy and weird behavior. Luckily, we made a point to get our money back because there ain’t no reason to spend 18$ on a bowl that should cost 14.

Order a stack and not only was the order not right it didn't even have the crispy tortilla inside which makes it the stack

Food was exactly what I expected from moes so perfectly fine. However, the biggest crime committed is that everyone working didn't scream "WELCOME TO MOES!!!" When I walked in. It took 6 whole seconds for someone. One lone worker to welcome me into the restaurant. But they gave me queso on my burrito without charging me so all is right in the world.
