We get there and the server asks if we are dining. We ask to sit. We sat for about 10 min and no service it wasn’t even busy. No one to take our order. Waitress knows we were there because she was serving everyone else but us so we walked out with NO SERVICE

The atmosphere is kinda old school, rustic, laid-back, and casual. No waiting for a table. Once our order was taken, it was less than 5 minutes for the 🍤 shrimp spring rolls and maybe another 5 to 8 minutes for what I believe is the lemon grass chicken bun with jalapeños. The chicken was very tender and the vegetables along with the spring rolls were fresh and crispy. Spacious dining, quality of service, great flavor, and reasonable pricing equals a great value.

Terrible customer service. Ordered online then called the store to confirm an order...45 min laterI got a notification that they ran out of the main ingredient the broth. Called the store they told me to reorder and type in my specifications. Uber driver delivers wrong order. I drive to the store and after two phone calls and a personal drive they did not think that it warranted they honor what I ordered online. Young people who could afford to learn a lesson or two on service recovery and humility. I ended up paying double plus extra time for an order that they messed up.

Very good. They have flavorful crispy tofu which is hard to find. The pork egg roll and all the accompanying sauces were delicious.

A diluted Vietnamese cuisine restaurant. (Not authentic or traditional style). Vietnamese dishes made with foreign twist to serve a broader base of eaters.
It’s not a good or a bad thing. It depends on your taste. If you’re looking for a more authentic Vietnamese food, this is not the place to try.
It took a while for us to get our Pho at the time of my visit. (There were only about 6 people including us). The speed of service is compared to other Pho serving restaurants. It can be improved.

Ordered the beef Pho and immediately they announced a 30+ wait. I attempted to order the shrimp/pork rolls and they announced they were out of noodles. Once I got home I realized that they must of ran out of broth earlier, because what was served was absolutely flavorless. It was hot water in a bowl!

I love the fact that they have options that other places don't, that's why I like coming here. Food is really good, I do have an issue with sone of their chicken dishes, I'm not used to rotisserie chicken with my pho but everything else I've had is delicious 😋 try the mixed smoothies too
The Hapeville location use to be great, not so much now. The prices are higher. I called in my order, went to pick it up and instead of giving me what I ordered, they decided to give an alternative for my side without notifying me if it was even ok prior to my card being charged. You don’t assume people will eat anything and that they are not allergic to what you placed on their plates!?!?!
