3 stars instead of 2 bc maybe to-go impacted? Pho was inedible. Flavor was way off (sweet-ish???) and meat felt double-cooked somehow.

Food was fresh and tasty. Some of the food came out quickly and some slowly.Vegetarian options: There is a vegan pho broth, which is fairly unusual but welcome, and most dishes seem like they can be made vegetarian. The tofu was very good.

The best Bahn Mi ever. Sweet and spicy with the perfect sauce and texture. Please don’t leave without trying the viet wings! The flavor is a is a honey, lime topped with cilantro and a hint of jalapeño. Does not disappoint. They also have a variety of Thai teas and unique beverages to satisfy all the tastebuds.

Needs consistency to shrimp bon bo hue broth! It’s sooo good.. sometimes! Some days it will be a lighter color broth and spicy, that’s when it’s perfect! Other days like today, it is darker and not spicy. What the heck!? I’m a very frequent customer and I get the same thing every time. I just would like some consistency to my meal, it should be good and similar every time :)

The food tasted quite bland, and its quality has declined. The soup wasn’t hot when poured over the noodle.

Vermicelli bowl was incredibly tasty. The chicken was so juicy and cooked so well. The service was really great also. I like the entire vibe of the place. Not a very big restaurant and parking seemed limited. I had to park across the street, but it’s possible that I had overlooked a closer option. Came on a Friday night and it wasn’t too crowded, definitely looking forward to my next visit.Parking: Across the street

Thought it was unimpressionable in 2019 and earlier years but I’m now totally convinced that it’s tragic. The fresh rolls were so ft amd juicy but the pho was pathetic. Had a shock when the broth was poured from a ThermoFlask! Ridiculous. Just walked out after having a couple of morsels. Expensively priced with fast food service and ambience.

I have ordered from them so many times through ubereats and every single time, they do NOT get it right. They don't use pho noodles for pho. They use vermicelli noodles. As for pho versus bun bo hue, there is no difference. The broth they give us are the same. Also, when ordering the House Pho, it's supposed to be a combination pho. I would order it without tripe and tendon, I would receive meatball and noodles only. That happened 3 times already.
