Save yourself the frustration, pick another location that actually believes in making smoothies. Honestly, the franchise owner might have better luck with a lemonade stand, at least that doesn’t require a blender.

I’ve come to this Smoothie King numerous times, during business hours, and it’s been closed. When it is open and operating there’s only one person working the drive through and in store register. The poor guy does the best he can do but this is no way to run an establishment.

I placed an online order yesterday then walked over within 3 minutes to pick up. The store was locked and empty when I arrived 45 minutes before scheduled close!! There was no option provided on the website to cancel the order. This is bad bad business. How do I go about getting a refund??
P.S., I recommend the store over on Camp Creek Pkwy. They’ll take good care of you there

I'm a frequent smoothie king consumer. I typically go to the one by my house, but I stopped here before work today. Around 14:00 on a Sunday. When I pulled in, the drive thru was blocked off. Annoyed, I parked and went to the front door. The door was locked. Workers were inside on their phones and with earbuds in their ears. They all looked at me and the family that parked beside me, and then continued doing whatever they were doing.
I saw someone exit the other door after getting in my car, frustrated. So I went to that door and tried it. It was also locked. I made eye contact again but the workers all ignored me. I was unable to get a smoothie.
I'm not sure I'll give this location a second chance. It's one thing to have reasons beyond your control and need to lock the doors or shut down the facility unexpectedly. It's another entirely to completely ignore the people that are trying to spend money at your establishment in this process as you look at them wanting to get inside.
I cant blame the two kids that were working here for not knowing what to do but its very annoying to hear that they cant make my bowl order and dont know how to refund me because management was not there. No, I did not want anything else.

The employees were not knowledgeable of how to use an egift card. They tried to turn me away instead of asking a manager how to use the gift card system. They were very unprofessional towards me and my teenage daughter, because they couldn't figure it out. They also kept referring to each other as twin over and over again, advising each other to stop trying to cash us out. They also had the drive thru blocked off with orange cones, when I'm certain it works. The cashier's nose kept running , and he kept sniffing the snot back up his nose and wiping it. I really want to give this location a 0. The service was very poor and no professionalism was given, nor grace.

Colden and the rest of the young gentlemen staff were awesome! Overall communication and commitment to get the orders out in a timely manner made it great to get my smoothie from this location! The staff ensured that orders were out and customers were not standing around for extended periods of time! Also my smoothie was prepared with love! Thank you! A+++

Their drive thru should be called drive stand I waited 30min in the line of drive stand it was horrible will never ever go back made me late getting back from lunch at that point I didn’t want my smoothie so once I could go thru I just left horrible service
