Very rude young teenagers working at this location!!! They do not know how to speak to adults and catch an attitude if they have to remake a sandwich or something… They have foul mouths and when a customer gives push back and reacts to how they’re being treated by someone in a customer service capacity serving food that isn’t up to par or just thrown together now it’s a problem…. Now all of a sudden they feel threatened by the adult but won’t acknowledge how rude and threatening they were to that adult/customer…. This place should be boycotted or more complaints should be acknowledged… I understand young people are giving opportunities to be employed when they reach a certain age however, in the interim these young people need to have a master class on respect, proper etiquette and making sure the customer is the #1 priority ensuring that the best experience and service is given at all times….

Had my order delivered 2 sandwiches one was correct the other wasn’t didn’t have nothing but meat and mayo. Called up there to get it fix and get my refund. The person on the phone tried to caught an attitude with me they have nothing g but little kids up there. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Poor Poor Poor customer service. They should not be in business. Do not waste your money here. The young lady at the counter was very very rude. There is another subway nearby go to that one. This location does not accept coupons and do not give alot of meat. They give nothing but bread. I had to ask if the meat was on the sandwich that's how less it was almost nothing at all. Don't be fooled by the empty lot. It's empty because of the poor customer service, no use of coupons and waste of money for the food portion. You will hate it here with the poor attitudes. I visited the Subway restaurant on September 10, 2024. While eating my sandwich, I noticed a strand of brown hair inside. I returned to the restaurant to speak with a staff member about this issue. She informed me that she could not issue a refund but would be happy to make me another sandwich. I declined her offer as I had lost my appetite after finding hair in my food. I also observed that the vegetables did not appear fresh. I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

I ordered a footlong bmt and this was the care in assembly was poor and provided just scant amount of meat. The young girl just stood there without any greeting. I am at the food counter the staff does not greet the customer and feel engaging to be in food service. I hate i wasted my money. Cheap poor customer service
