Staff during the week at lunch time are always really nice. They let you know when they don't have an item an what you can have instead. The front cashier is always friendly and remembers me when pick up my online order

The food and service was great the staff was friendly and overall just a great group of folks to deal with the only reason I gave Atmosphere a 3 star review is because I went through the drive thru so I don't truly know how the atmosphere inside the building was but great overall

Ordered last night, whole order was horrible. Food was cold. No Mayo, got Mayo. Bacon on my sons burger, Barely. on my crispy chic I said no tomato, I got ALLLL the tomato residue from the pre-prepped one, they pulled off the old one tho..ugh.. what's next.. 2 Biggie bags, 1 fry. Bout 2 extra 6pc nuggets, Nope we got an extra spicy 4pc &a 3 pc instead. Sauces asked for, nope here ya go. All ranch.. Ikyfl.. No barbeque, no Honey mustard, no ghost pepper, oh yeah & no ketchup (understand that tho, no ketchup, I'm guessing because they didn't fulfill my fry order) But dang. Won't be ordering or going here Anymore. Over with.

I waited in line for 30 minutes for cold food. The girl at the window needs to be removed from the window she lacks patience. She had my order completely wrong but was too in a rush to change it said she had it, she did not my order was wrong and cold. (Miracle)!

I have had multiple disappointing experiences at this Wendy’s location. They consistently mess up my orders, which is frustrating enough on its own. What makes it worse is the long wait times, even when the restaurant isn’t particularly busy. The customer service from both employees and managers has been lacking; they seem indifferent to customer concerns and don’t make any effort to improve the experience. I believe the GM here needs to make changes to address these issues, or they could just close this location altogether. Hoping for better service in the future, but as of now, I cannot recommend this location whatsoever.

To sit in line for a door dash order (my own food) that literally tells you when you get there, to skip the line and let them know your order, then be told to go to the back of the line because I skipped the line and have to sit here another 25 minutes is insane! The staff was rude as usual as well!

No one wearing gloves or washing hands while handling everything. I said thank you and have a nice day...no response from employee. Really! Can't even open your mouth to reply to someone who just contributed to the fact that you have a way to support yourself!
