The inside dining was supposed to be open until 10pm. We were there on a Saturday before 8pm and the inside was locked. They were only doing drive thru.

I went around 7 pm, write in next to the front door two male employees were smoking something that was not cigarettes, let’s just say it was something not 100 % legal.

I would say, that is not the way too great a client at the door.

Terrible service, waited 30 minutes just to get handed the wrong order and missing items of my purchase. Didn’t even want to go back to complain because I seen another person get yelled at by a team member. Overall this place is the last place to get fast food at.

We waited 8 mins at the register only to be told they were only accepting orders at the kiosk by the door... There was several workers that walked by without saying a word during the 8 minutes. There were 6 people in line.

Worst services ever for the second time in the month of August. I ordered a number 4 honey chicken biscuit meal with a sweet . Paid for my order at 6:48am 8/13/25. Waited 5min at the window for the young lady tell me to pull to the side for my order. I ask her how long she said 2 minutes. As I waited almost addition 5min and another car before no one came out. I process to get out my car to go inside the front door was lock. Myself and another customer knock on the door for help just for the guy to say we working on your order by this time it’s 7am. Which I’m not late for work. Finally I made eye contact with the manger through the window to come to the door. Once she approached the door she was clueless of what I order. I explained to her what I had and to bring me a receipt. Finally after about 3min she comes back with my food and still forgot my drink. Once she brought my drank and receipt I left. Just to get to work with cold food wrong sandwich and unsweet tea. Jada (manager) needs to be remove from position . I will not be returning to this location.

I just left this Restaurant’s Drive Thru & Wow was the Manager was SUPER Rude!
(Female with Corn Row Braids, wearing a Royal Blue Shirt with a Navy Print)!

We had Two (2) Separate Orders and that wasn’t the Issue, the Issue was We ordered Two (2) Tangerine Beverages, One (1) with Light Ice & One (1) with NO Ice!

When We asked for NO Ice in the one that was requested to have “NO” Ice, She stated, “You didn’t say NO Ice!!!!”
She then Threw the Beverage out and Took the Cup past the Window so We couldn’t see it and did something to it and Returned to the Beverage Machine & Proceeded to Fill the Cup!

Very, Very Unprofessional!

If You’re Tired or Pissed Off, Go Home or find another Job!
You’re Handling People’s Food/Beverage! I am Certain that She would Not like it if Someone treated her and her Family that way!

Also, We didn’t get a Receipt, because the 1st Window told Us that the Receipt Machine didn’t work (That Sucks because this is My Lunch & I could have had it for My Tax purposes for My Business)!
What if we needed to present the fact that our Order WAS Incorrect, Etc… We couldn’t because we didn’t get a Receipt…

This Person, should not be a Manager or an Employee, if She can Not display the correct Form of Customer Service the Public is owed, since we’re spending Our hard earned Dollars with the Wendy’s Corporation!

Staying at the Kimpton across the street and Wendys was the only place opened at 1030pm. Order the Baconator, and it looks like that I received the Dave's Double. Temperature wasn't great either. The soda machine was down for maintenance so that was also unfortunate.
