It seems to be a problem with the food everytime I order from here , this place is the absolute worst , for instance I just ordered from here tonight because there was no other place open around here and I spent 40 $ for 1 large pepperoni lovers pizza stuffed crust ,with extra cheese and extra pepperoni . But the pizza I got had ZERO marinara sauce ,BARLEY any pepperoni , and uncooked thin floppy crust , I spent 30$ and gave the delivery lady a 10$ tip and I couldn’t even eat my pizza , it’s ALWAYS something with this place just save your money and go somewhere else

Located, in an old strip mall clearly marked from the street. Most of their products are good, but I do have to say I'm not a fan of the melt. It's the texture of the bread that strikes me the most. I was expecting like a canzone type experience but it's not there because the breading is more like a thin crust texture. I do like the cheese bread sticks, wings, and mostly meat lovers pizzas. Their sausage does cause me heart burn because of some unknown reason. I usually replace the sausage with ground beef. I am a fan of their pan type crust but I don't know why they charge extra for it.
Parking: Located in old strip mall so has plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: If you want to bring them. There is only a take-out counter there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp to the side walk for handicapped access. Handicapped spots available.
Horrible service place order for pick up at 7pm they said 20 mins I get there 7:43pm and they just put it in oven also called district manager which he doesn’t answer phone or responds back to messages this isn’t the first time staff and district manager needs to get replaced

Edit: I'm sorry that I have to edit this review. The first time we got Pizza Hut it was delicious. The second time was completely different, the pizza was not good at all. Thought it was a bad day, maybe new employees or something, so we decided to try again a few weeks later. It was terrible then too. My husband tried it by himself a few weeks after that and he said it was still bad. So only 1 out of our 4 trips there was good. I think it's only good when a very friendly and awesome employee by the name of Zee is there. We just decided to pick up a Papa John's pizza when we want pizza. They don't deliver to Dearing, but at least its consistently good.

Wonderful experience! The guy was nice about me mixing up my location for a mobile order! Food was great!
The app said it was ready. When I showed up, I was told that they had just put it in the oven…………………had to wait an additional 20 minutes because they forgot to give me my wings

Great experience at the Harlem location! Our delivery was fast, came earlier than it was expected, the driver was great and the food was delicious!
If I could give zeros I would..... Tracker said delivered and waited an hour for it to show up. No one answered when I called, finally went to the store and was told our pizza was out for delivery. Not to mention I was over charged twice and was told my money will back in my account within 3 - 5 business days.

The staff was wonderful and nice. Very helpful when I came back in because I needed a knife and fork for my pop. The only downside is they didn't have packets of parmesan cheese anymore. You actually have to buy a little container of it. I think that's unfair and ridiculous. We already trying to fight the save money they can still have little packages of Parmesan cheese come on lol. but other than that great
