I have stopped and tried this location several times. They just cannot seem to get the same quality of pizza as other franchise locations of Pizza Hut. I got a large pizza from this location the other day, and about a third of the dough was under cooked. The employees are very professional and courteous, but the quality of the food needs lots of work.

On 12/12/2020 around 6pm we experienced the absolute worst customer service. Did contactless carryout and my food sat for 40 minutes before we could get it. DUDE IS A JOKE
New review from 3/22/2025: Order pizza for delivery. Pizza arrives and smells of weed and the pizzas looks like it was dropped! Absolutely not what we expected out of Harlem.

Pizza showed up and looked like it was dropped or shaken really hard. Female that answered phone just wanted to send two new pizzas. She had no regard for my wasted time and energy.
I will never eat here again. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with this location in Harlem GA thinking first time was an accident. Twice is a trend.
I understand there are bot a lot of low cost options in Hatlem area but it is too expensive to order out to get bad food and service.

Every time I order pizza from this place, it’s cooked to perfection!!! The only Pizza Hut I will ever order from in the CSRA!!!
Everytime we order we get delivery. We don’t live far. However they put on the tracker it’s been delivered 20-40 minutes prior to actually delivering it. So we think they delivered it to the wrong address. Happens every time. Like they don’t want cooperate to see the time they actually take to make the order and deliver it. So they say it’s been delivered 10 minutes after making it but really takes about an HOUR. Half the time they’re out of breadsticks or pan pizza. Ordered a couple weeks ago and ordered pan. However when we got it they weren’t pan. Called to find out they were out and didn’t tell us when we placed the order.

Let’s start from the beginning!! On 12/31/24 I ordered pizza for my family and had to wait nearly 6 hours before getting pizza or getting any results at all which led to me cancelling my order, which the CALL CENTER added a credit! Tonight 01/05/24 I placed an order at 5:34pm for pizza using my credit and was told it would take 25-35 mins to get my order! After waiting 2+ hours I contacted the number for the store which was actually the call center again, upon explaining to them what was going on they emailed the store manager on duty and stated to me they are unsure of why I wasn’t able to speak about my order to the store or anything! I finally received my order at 7:25pm but I will not be ordering again from this location unless they can get it together! Yes I understand being short staffed and such but this is beyond ridiculous! I will be speaking to the corporate management first thing in the morning about these experiences! Do better Pizza Hut! You’re losing business this way!

It seems to be a problem with the food everytime I order from here , this place is the absolute worst , for instance I just ordered from here tonight because there was no other place open around here and I spent 40 $ for 1 large pepperoni lovers pizza stuffed crust ,with extra cheese and extra pepperoni . But the pizza I got had ZERO marinara sauce ,BARLEY any pepperoni , and uncooked thin floppy crust , I spent 30$ and gave the delivery lady a 10$ tip and I couldn’t even eat my pizza , it’s ALWAYS something with this place just save your money and go somewhere else
