Placed an online order for 5 subs. When we got there to pick them up, they hadn't started. Waited in the store almost 45 minutes for the subs to be made. They didn't have footlong wrappers. So made 10 half subs. Never again.

Had a great experience! Amber was nice from the moment I walked in. I ordered a weird sub that would make you think allergies, she showed me her fresh gloves to be sure of no cross contamination.

Stopped in today driving through Harlem. Our footling BMT and Grilled chicken bowl tasted great. The girl that helped us did a great job and she was busy cleaning the whole time we were there eating. Thank you for a great experience.

It's a Subway. You order a sandwich, they make the sandwich, you leave usually with said sandwich.
This one does a reasonable job of getting orders right but I'm a firm believer in putting an order online and fetching it directly. Saves time, effort, and it's hard to misunderstand when everything you want is printed there for them.

Every time we order here online, the order is wrong. Now, when ordering in person, the ordering window blocked so you can’t see what is being put on your sandwich. Additionally, the service isn’t good - we witnessed the manager speaking rudely about her employees to customers.

Just walked out, the young girl with braids is very rude, on another occasion she was the same way with my wife.
Order my food online at 12:30 pm and it said it would be ready at 1pm, 30mins later and I'm still waiting. This is the second time I've experienced this, third time is a charm. Not happy.

Placed an online order and it took hours to arrive
Visited on 11-20-23 they were very busy with only two people working. One girl walked out to smoke while multiple people standing in line and online orders needing to be done. She left the only other worker in to manage everything going on so she could smoke. Girl that was left inside was working very hard to get us all out and not wait for a long time. This was poor management and teamwork.

The service is horrible!! There were 4 people who just stood around at the. Counter laughing and joking. They saw me but totally ignored me!! and I was the only customer there!! After 5 minutes I finally asked them if I could have a salad. The girl acted like I was bothering her!! They were all black and I am white. After a few minutes a black man came in and all 4 of them just started gushing all over him. Since he was black I guess that explains it they are a true testament of good help is hard to find. I didn't know they were prejudiced but I do now I won't be back and I suggest any white people don't either. They are pathetic!!
