I've never had an issue with the food. It's fresh and made-to-order. However, I placed an online order that was not prepared until AFTER my arrival. The app stated my order was READY! I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after the app's stated time (not an exaggeration) for my order. I take issue with that because the staff (two members) completed orders of people in the store. Why couldn't one take care of them while the other completed online orders? I must mention that another online customer was there before me, waiting on HIS order. Just bad service this time around, which (I must admit) is not the norm - BUT I am upset and feel this needs to be addressed.
Update: The online ordering process has improved greatly at this location.

I order from subway all the time. I ordered a six inch combo. However, did not notice that the cup and cookies were in the bag. The older lady I feel was rude because I was telling her that I had ordered cookies and a drink. It's not what you say but tone is everything and there was no need to be nice nasty in tone. There's much room for improvement in this area. Don't believe I will be back any time soon.

Waited a hour for online order. Had no cheese to complete the order. Didn’t cut nothing up for the protein bowls. Didn’t cut the subs in half. Have a problem every time I go! Never have enough ingredients to complete a simple sub order. This subway need’s to close the doors for good!!!!

Had an online order. App said to arrive around 8:50pm. Got there and my order wasn’t made and there was a long line of people waiting and only one worker working. ONE… I honestly feel bad for the girl working all by herself and trying to manage everyone’s orders and online orders. The management there is absolutely ridiculous. They really need to do better.

I put the time I went to subway was 8:24pm. And I ordered 2 six inch subs, and one of the sandwich’s was completely wrong. Also this was suppose to come with a drink and I got offered no drink. Also we ordered 2 cookies. The server broke a cookie and tried to still put it in my bag. I told him I wanted a whole cookie, not one that he had broke. Overall everytime we order online there’s a problem here. I know they don’t pay that much but dang come on and fix my food right. I’m a paying customer.

We placed an order using the app and went to pick it up. Unfortunately, one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly. Honestly, I’m not sure how that happens when the order is clearly printed. It makes me question whether the staff is actually reading the ticket. A sandwich order shouldn’t be difficult to follow when all the details are right there in writing. Very frustrating experience.

Good customer service. The employees are friendly and nice as they diligently craft the sandwiches. I am beyond pleased with our order today.
They got our order wrong that we ordered online. I had to call several times for anyone to answer.
They said I could keep the sandwich and have another one made in the future or they would remake the sandwich. We asked to remake the sandwich to what we wanted. After driving back up there again, the lady told us when done remaking the sandwich we could have a free drink but we needed to return the bitten sandwich they made wrong. I asked to just let us keep the sandwich that they made wrong since they would just throw it away. No big deal. Accidents happen. She said they have cameras and they wouldn't let her... But the cameras would watch her give us a free drink ?? Got it.

Placed online order at 4pm for pick up at 4:45, got to the store and nothing was ready. Got sandwich’s at 5:15, was missing one sandwich, that took another 5 min. Drove home to discover 2 sandwich’s were completely wrong, went back up and waited 15 min to get my food. I will not return. There was one employee and a trainee.

Placed an online order for 5 subs. When we got there to pick them up, they hadn't started. Waited in the store almost 45 minutes for the subs to be made. They didn't have footlong wrappers. So made 10 half subs. Never again.

Absolutely the worst. Usually short handed or don't take any pride in their work. Don't even attempt to try the door dash delivery scam service, I do not even understand how that can be legal... The worst.
Sandwiches are always miss made, and what seems intentional poor quality...
