Every time we order here online, the order is wrong. Now, when ordering in person, the ordering window blocked so you can’t see what is being put on your sandwich. Additionally, the service isn’t good - we witnessed the manager speaking rudely about her employees to customers.

Order my food online at 12:30 pm and it said it would be ready at 1pm, 30mins later and I'm still waiting. This is the second time I've experienced this, third time is a charm. Not happy.

Placed an online order and it took hours to arrive

Visited on 11-20-23 they were very busy with only two people working. One girl walked out to smoke while multiple people standing in line and online orders needing to be done. She left the only other worker in to manage everything going on so she could smoke. Girl that was left inside was working very hard to get us all out and not wait for a long time. This was poor management and teamwork.

The service is horrible!! There were 4 people who just stood around at the. Counter laughing and joking. They saw me but totally ignored me!! and I was the only customer there!! After 5 minutes I finally asked them if I could have a salad. The girl acted like I was bothering her!! They were all black and I am white. After a few minutes a black man came in and all 4 of them just started gushing all over him. Since he was black I guess that explains it they are a true testament of good help is hard to find. I didn't know they were prejudiced but I do now I won't be back and I suggest any white people don't either. They are pathetic!!

No customer service. I ask for a 6 inch turkey on wheat. Bread was hard and sandwich look like a vegetable sandwich. The young black male had no customer service skills. Normally I wouldn’t post a review but I was very unsatisfied with my service and sandwich. I had no time to take it back because I was on my way to work. I went there on 02/02/23 at 2:05 pm.

The one and only girl scheduled to work was excellent. But it took nearly 2 hours to get our food when we placed an online order on the app. Got notified 30 minutes after the order was made that the food was ready, got there and it hadn't been made yet. Customers were able to come into the store and place orders and get their food before us.

This is our favorite Subway. Granted, sometimes supplies run low, but that is everywhere lately. I like Subway, because I see my salad made in front of me, nothing hidden. Yesterday, I visited for my salad and was very happy with the service. So, if you are hungry stop in and visit Silas, the service is A+. Thank you.
