The staff is friendly and the place seems really clean. My only complaint is not having kid cone sizes available. I feel like its a money grab to have to pay for a small when asking for a kid size. I physically cannot eat a small so you get to profit off it or I can just get a small and waste it. Lame.
I've never been to a Dairy Queen that had so many red text signs about making sure you order right and how things cannot be changed and to check the price of the food in the menu before you order it, etc. it makes me wonder if the clientele who go there are lacking basic life skills. Excellent customer service!!! Top notch! Drive thru associate was the most polite friendly person I've seen in years at a drive thru restaurant. Exceptional attitude, very professional!
