Mushroom swiss burger w extra mushrooms and sauce....!!! Best burger there is!! Come from Eastman! Great food and service, we have been lucky to see Michelle last several times there. She always there with a smile, super friendly service, conversation, and double checking everything is good and you don't need anything else... Hard to find service like that these days! She deserves a raise!! A+++

The food is OK! Stopped on my way home from work to grab breakfast, and the woman taking my order and the one at the window(Denise), were both really rude! If I go back and these two are working the drive thru again, I will pull off and pass on eating before I deal with their rude attitudes!

The food was great but I went through the drive through and it took me literally 30 minutes to get through the line. I am not from this area so maybe this was just the time of day (around 9:15am) or what but it was horrible. If I wouldnt have been stuck in the line I would have definately left.

Hardees is Hardees, but the staff here.... Sooooooo polite and friendly. Burger ? was delicious!!! There should be service so great everywhere. Haven't seen this kind of service at a fast food joint in a while.Great job!

During this pandemic I am aware that everyone is doing the very best to their ability. However, Hardee's of Hawkinsville, GA seems to be highly lacking in the management department. The lines our outrageous and you are never for certain if they would have what you would want in the restaurant. I have had a couple of incidences where I was wanting one and had to make do for the other. I understand that happening once in a while and that is fine, but that has happened more than once for me within the same month. I hope to see some improvement in the near future. Otherwise this location may continue to get very stern criticism.
Staff is always great there and food is consistently hot, fresh and darn tasty I love there chicken biscuits and my hubby loves the biscuits-n-gravy

I've gone and gave this place in Hawkinsville 3 tries and they failed all three times worst service ever laughable to call it fast food they make you order pull over to the side and they forget about you for 20-30 minutes the first time I thought okay maybe it was a bad day I went the second time the same service the third time I said this is my final time going to give these folks a chance and it was the same thing they take your order they make you pull over to the side and they forget about you. By the time you get your food it's ice cold I actually went in there the second time to see where my food was and they were all in there talking having a great laugh needless to say when I got the food I did not eat it I was really really upset why I went back a third time I'll never know bad service.

Stopped here with the family for a quick breakfast before heading home from vacation. Hardee's has very good Biscuits and gravy, especially for a fast food place. This particular Hardee's staff did a great job. Friendly and hard working.

I wanted to use coupon for Frisco sandwich $1.79 all I want on sandwich is egg & bacon. when she rung me up it was $5.20 ...are you kidding me that's more than the menu price wtf is the coupon for???????????
