went through today after work , lady at the window had a TERRIBLE attitude was having issues w my card so they asked us to pull around & instead of going back through the drive threw we went inside and grabbed the food & everybody in the building had attitudes and were talking terrible abt the other staff . my food was okay tho ! but they def need BETTER MANAGEMENT & BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made a pit stop here while in GA for work, and the staff at this store were so helpful and friendly. They had no problem letting me make two separate orders. They really knew what they were talking about when i asked about the menu. And the food was delicious!well. Definitely a Hardee's worth visiting. Solid 5 out of 5 stars.

Went around 8:40 p.m. Feb 20th on a Thurs night. I ordered a 3 piece tender combo. 2 white females were working the front. They constantly kept laughing. The female working the drive thru window apologized. When I made it home my tenders were almost burnt. I guess that’s what they were laughing about. I didn’t go back. Won’t order anymore tenders or will just go to another restaurant.

Ms. Helen took care of my family today. She greated us with a smile and helped us decide the cheapest way to feed the whole family. We have 3 little girls and she was so nice to them and listened to everything they had to say without them feeling rushed. She definitely deserves a raise, she made my whole day!!! I am from Macon and they shut down our Hardee's . I'm glad this one is still open.
The food and service are good but good grief, fix the parking lot!!! Its in horrid condition and dangerous.

I had a chicken egg and cheese biscuit that was not up to standards. I have frequented this place in the past and the food was great, I'm not sure what was going on this day, but I didn't enjoy my meal. Come on Hardee's do better..

We pulled on up to order bout 3:50pm Monday July 22 and a woman named Helen took our order through the drive through. She didn’t even let us order all the way through without telling us to drive around. When we got to the window we had to order the rest of what we wanted and she was very rude and contrite about the whole thing. So just a heads up. Food is great but service NOT SO MUCH.
