The manager needs to be more proactive and less reactive...more time handling the staff issues, then there might be less time with angry customers. They need to fire the girl in the Grand Teton pullover and give a raise to the short bald man.
Entered at 835 pm with only 2 cars at the drive thru, a couple sitting at a table eating and got told they were TOO BUSY to serve us. They won’t have enough food. They could take our order but it would probably take 45 min to get us our food. Another customer came in behind me and my family and was told the same thing. I asked how could that be because there was no one in line and the manager said shaking his head at me because we are busy and turned his back to me and assisted staff with preparing food for the drive thru orders. This is ridiculous!!! Needless to say we left and went to Eastman where they waited on us with no problems at all!!! Kuddos to Eastman!!!

Unfriendly crew members, unclean bathrooms over heard a male that work there threatened a female that work there.. will never eat there again.. seems the crew runs the restaurant not management
