I've been here several times just to grab a quick bite, and it has always been clean and the staff is always friendly, but this morning I was greeted by Patrick. Patrick is awesome. He is a complete ray of sunshine. He made us feel like family. I might float all day.

Ordered thru drive through. Fast service, food was good.
I ordered 2 sausage biscuit sandwiches w/cheese small hash brown and large coke. Got to window paid for order and got my food when I got my card back. I said I’m missing hashbrowns. Lady said I didn’t hear that ordered and she can ring me up an order. I politely said no thanks. I pulled up and looked at my receipt and saw I was charged for them already. What happened to quality control? What happened to being polite? She wasn’t rude but she had an I don’t care attitude. Sorry Jacks you disappoint me again.

The manager needs to be more proactive and less reactive...more time handling the staff issues, then there might be less time with angry customers. They need to fire the girl in the Grand Teton pullover and give a raise to the short bald man.
