I just waited 15 minute sun the drive thru line for 2 McGriddles and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and they finally come out with A hamburger bun sandwich..so instead of informing me that they’re out of biscuits they give me a sandwich on a hamburger bun and say absolutely nothing about it.
Get rid of most of the team starting with the store manager.
