the staff tonight were INCREDIBLY rude. I placed a mobile order around 7pm, it charged my card, sent me to the screen with a code. I went to the window they said they couldn’t find the code, that there was no order. the girl at the window was RUDE. she wanted me to go back around and order my food again AND pay for it again. not get refunded or anything. she had a straight rude face the entire time. next, I go to the other window to get my food, the guy there said NO words to me at all, everytime he handed me food or a drink he shoved it at me. we go to this McDonald’s a lot and will not ever be back.

Only 1 bathroom stall with no TP. I told an employee and the mgr immediately headed to stock closet to replace it. Floor at register so slippery from grease. Lots of dirty tables some with trash on them. Coke mixture was off and tasted more like the carbonated water. We let them know about the coke machine too. Young lady at the register was so sweet though.

Just left the drive through arrived at 7:30 left at 7:56.Upon arrival I ordered a big breakfast no hot cakes.Paid was asked to park in lane17:45 worker comes out and asks did I have hot cakes with it I told her no and ask so my breakfast still isn’t ready?7:52 she comes back with 2bags wasn’t even my order so now I have to go in and was not treated right as if were my fault I told another worker all I wanted was a big breakfast and be on my way I should not still be here and was told I have an attitude and I told her how long I’ve been waiting she told me I wasn’t waiting that long .she asked did I want them to make the big breakfast I just asked for my money back …And told her you wouldn’t even apologize for your mistakes.The worst customer service service as if I was an inconvenience to them never again.

I come to this McDonald's from time to time and while most McDonald's are pretty bad with service and consistent food, this one is by far one of the worst. There have been many times where I have been left sitting for 30 minutes. At the time of posting I have been here for 30 minutes. Everyone else has gotten there food while we sat here. There was another time I got a double cheeseburger and it was not only a single cheeseburger but was filled with mayonnaise. They don't even put mayonnaise on the burgers. Now I am also convinced that most of the workers may be racist towards white people. The workers are extremely pleasant towards any person who may be black, but every time a white person approaches they are extremely rude to them. Similarly to this last time, we were the first and only people in there, and did not order a lot, yet we did not receive our food and had to get a refund, but there were 7 other people who all were african americans who were served and got far more than us. I do apologize if my assessment of the workers being racist are a stretch but that is truly how it feels. This is the worst McDonald's ever.
