Terrible service!! First of all you order a frappe on the app, then you don't get it. If they can't make it they are supposed to update the app. I ordered the cheeseburger meal. I had to wait 5 mins after I got my food to get my dr. Pepper. I had to ask for the drink twice. The lady running register with blonde braides is very rude. They act like they don't even want to be working. I will never be back at this mcds.

My family and I just traveling through and stopped in for drinks,snacks and facilities. The assistant manager was so delightful! She was very patient and friendly. Went out of her way to insure we were taken care of! What a pleasant surprise, a refreshing delight from the customer service we are usually prized with.Shes a keeper corporate!!
The young lady on. Drive thru was awesome. She has the best personality. The manager was the best. I had stopped going to McDonald's because they have been so bad . The people the food has fallen below customers service. The Gray GA store for sure. I said that I would never go back to any. But I just moved to Hawkinsville, GA . I decided to try it. OMG, they were so amazing. They are the best. I have gone back several times. Keep up the great work ?

Decided to give them another shot thinking they couldn't be worse. I was wrong. 36 minutes to get my online order while I watched the staff sitting in the dining room. I finally got my food and they just gave up halfway through a burger. There's a top bun and no bottom. Way to step your game up fry jockeys, the picture just went to corporate.
Always has fresh on point food. Been good to me always. Also the app is your best friend so download it and go get your fast hot food.
