Got my order wrong. Paid more for what I got. Tried to call over and over and no one ever answered. Guess subway is in the business of taking hard earned money. Honestly if the staff would have answered the phone and could have been resolved I wouldn’t have that big of an issue, but I know they ain’t that busy up there and they just refusing to answer the phone. Got to love people in customer service these days. If you don’t like your job find another one mean time fake it till ya make it.

the boy in the long black hair served me and he is supper friendly easy to get along with, and just made me feel better about my day definitely deservers a raise and he listen to how exactly i wanted my food to be 10/10 service.

Rude customer service. Took 15-20 minutes to make two sandwiches? I typically don’t mind when someone has an airpod in, but with how rude they were, it’s a no for me. Bathrooms were also filthy.Parking: 15

It'll be a cold day in hell when I return to this location. I'm sure we all know that subway isn't what it was a decade ago, and that's something that can be helped, but not on a branch to branch basis. Before I get into why, I will say that there is a worker I've run into here over the years that is always nice and friendly (I don't know their name, but they're a white female, around 5'6", with short dark hair).Aside from that one worker, I don't like anyone else I've encountered. They've gotten my order right, sure, but at what cost. Unpleasant atmosphere? Unfriendly attitudes? The constant flies circling the food in the summer?My last straw was a month or so ago when ordering a BLT, after the tomatoes were placed on it by one worker, the other worker asked if I wanted anything else on it and I said no. She began closing the sub up, to which I responded I wanted bacon and lettuce too. I can understand the miscommunication, but she was not nice about it at all, stating "that's what I just asked you".I was asked if I wanted anything else on my BLT...Do we know what BLT stands for? Okay everybody say it with me, "BACON, LETTUCE, TOMATO". I was having a bad day already and wanted to make things a little better by picking up some food to go. Whether or not the food is even any good, her attitude ruined it for me.This location was good back in 2013-2016. Now, not so much.

Worst ever every time I order from this place they get it wrong don't know what rsc stands for them they don't offer to fix subs I talked to owner and he did nothing never going here again cochran it's easy better..

For the owner of a food service establishment to run a storefront as poorly as this place is run, I’m surprised that people even go here at all for food. The prices keep going up, the portions on sandwiches is getting smaller, their health department rating is dropping steadily, the national subway coupons are very rarely honored. The employee turnover rate is off the charts and the owner seems to play favoritism with employees and has run off all the good workers that used to work there. If I could give zero stars in this review I would. My recommendation is to avoid this Hawkinsville subway restaurant like the plague.
