When my family and I showed up Arby's was so dead we had to ask if they were open. After we placed our order, we sat down to wait. In the 20 minutes we were waiting, they served 2 other sets of walk-in customers and 5 drive-thru orders. I got up and left before I said something rude. I don't appreciate being passed over and made to wait for 20 minutes only for my family to bring home cold food 10 minutes later. Never going there again!

I love the food I have ate here for years it is one of my favorite restaurants. Whoever makes the sandwiches does an amazing job, during a rush my sandwich came out perfectly and tasted amazing.
