Paid for 2 milkshakes and no one in restaurant knew how to make them so girl called her mama cause she said she was manager. Still no one to make milkshakes. So after trying to get 2 milkshakes with a coupon we finally had to beg to get our coupon back no apologies no milkshakes.

Stopped in on Sunday July 27 at 7:43 pm told the little girl we wanted a 1 pound and a regular beef and cheddar sandwich, sliced thin please. She actually ask me to repeat that request. Also ordered potato cakes which tasted like old oil a very greasy. They also did not trim our roast beef which was dry and very unappetizing! We had to throw our disgusting meal in the trash. What has happened to Arby’s? They used to care. Wake up people! We will not be back!

Always gets my order wrong and never gives sauces, even when I ask. Also, it has happened many times (7+), so it isn’t a one time thing. They also take at least 15 minutes to make one simple meal, when there is absolutely no one in the restaurant or in the drive thru.

When my family and I showed up Arby's was so dead we had to ask if they were open. After we placed our order, we sat down to wait. In the 20 minutes we were waiting, they served 2 other sets of walk-in customers and 5 drive-thru orders. I got up and left before I said something rude. I don't appreciate being passed over and made to wait for 20 minutes only for my family to bring home cold food 10 minutes later. Never going there again!

We were the only one in the dining area but plenty of people in the drive thru. Hopefully it will stay in business as not many people venture off the main highway thru Hazlehurst.
What a great team yall have here. So friendly and knowledgeable. Foods is always fresh, hot and our order is correct. Love this place!!! Great job!!!
