I only eat here because my 3 year old loves pizza this one particular night I stepped out my comfort zone and ordered buffalo wings and asked if they could leave them in a bit longer because I don’t like soft wings … maybe I should’ve been more specific about the cook time because they were scorched wish I took a picture .. when asked for a refund one of workers FaceTimed the manager (So unprofessional) and she tells me they do not do refunds…WOW

Been having mostly negative experiences ordering from this location recently. I don’t know how you run out of salt of all things but I’d just rather go eat at Village from now on. Ordering here is like spinning the roulette if you get a good pizza or not.

The young man working, Brody T., was enthusiastic w/ a smile and expressed an eagerness to learn in order to better serve customers. I used a coupon from my T-Mobile T-Life App to grab a pizza for 4 bucks, he wanted to know about the coupon code so that he was aware when the next customer came through with the same coupon. This 5 stars is for Brody specifically, as I have had unfavorable experiences here in the past but today was top notch. Keep up the great work, Brody, and stay eager. (:

The Hazelhurst team did an amazing job on our big order for a high school cross country team!

Our 30 pizza order was ready ahead of the requested time, and the team was ready to help us load up with plenty of napkins.

Went here late at night one night and ordered a Hot n Ready with a drink. The cashier that I dealt with tried to tell me they weren't making Hot n Ready's anymore tonight which was BS. Then proceeded to double charge me and when I went back to resolve the issue they refused to refund me the money they stole. I used to be a regular customer despite their iffy service but now I want nothing to do with these greedy thieves who don't care about their customers, or their employees either for that matter. I will never eat here again, and neither should you.

Asked for the most pepperoni didn't get some slices didn't even have any. And we had to pull up and wait on order the young man had attitude when he brought out only half order and had to go back twice.

Never answer the phone. Short on workers.

I mean, it is little ceasers, which you know is the cheap pizza. But as far as little ceasers go this is the best tasting one I've eaten at. And the staff for the short time I was in there were pleasant and polite. And it was clean lol
