So this morning I go in and order a #7 with mild sauce and a large sweet tea as I always do. No problem she rings me up and hands me a cup, so I walk over to get ice and my tea to notice that they don’t have it. So I tell the lady there’s no tea and she replies oh we don’t make tea in the morning. Ok fine give me a refund! She ignores me and walks to the back, she continues to cuss and fuss with another employee. The manager comes over and gives me a cash refund for the drink, and then literally throws the money at me and doesn’t even have the courtesy to apologize. This is not how a buisness should be run. I’m sick and tired of this behavior! Do something about it or I will!!!!

The employees in the back playing around not doing their jobs and they lying to me about the milkshake machine not working and bad customer service and behavior! I’m not going back to their McDonald’s anytime soon! They need better communication and better business I almost got a refund for my drink I ordered I will go to Baxley McDonald’s! For now! They have better service!!!

Food is ok...I guess. Definitely not anything special about the service. Whatever you do; do not ask for Mayo on your sandwich! Not even lite mayo, unless you like mayonnaise so much that a you would consider a fist full of mayonnaise between 2 pieces of bread appetizing.

The young lady at McDonald's in morning Hazzelhurt ga needs to find another job. The elder lady is so sweet and kind. They never say Welcome to McDonald's. The manger that comes in around 5:45 is nice.
