Ordered 3 meals. 2 out of 3 were incorrect. Spicy McCrispy had little to no sauce. Both of my fries were room temperature and wrong sizes. My sprite had no flavoring and tasted like sparkling water. The lady at the window was rude and handed us incorrect drinks the first time and when we told her, she was rude and very unfriendly. This is a bad look for Hazlehurst. I usually have good service, and I go about once a month, but I won’t be going anymore. Burger King and Dairy Queen far surpass in service and quality, and with our new Zaxby’s, I can’t see McDonalds’ being busy much longer.

Be there on regular basis for family . 4 out of 5 recent trips there order was wrong and incomplete. Employees filling order do not pay attention of what was ordered ! Sorry service !!

Last night 1/14/26 I went up there at 9:30pm they don’t close until 11:00pm I waiting in the line no other car around and they didn’t say a thing not a “one moment please” nothing so as I pull around to leave there are 2 ppl standing at the window watching me leave.

FOOD POISONING!!!!! Order was wrong ordered mcdouble got a mcdaily. Girlfriend got a quarter pounder. Later woke up at home to her violently vomiting in the bathroom. She was sick for 2 days. This was only thing we had to eat that day.

They advertise the Grinch Meals but Do not have them. Slow.... slow.... Was in the drive thru for a little over 30 minutes. Food was cold when we received it.

This is the second time I've posted about fast food in Hazlehurst this week alone! What are y'all doing Hazlehurst, does anybody care about what they serve anymore. After waiting 30 minutes for a to go order i get home with a big Mac combo and it has almost a spoonful of special sauce.... Dry is not the word for this let down....Will i come back for another not if this is what you have to offer. Not only is the burger dry as hell but it looks like it was burnt beyond having any juice left to it..... For god sakes Hazlehurst.... Do better!!!

Walked into order lunch went to pay on kiosk it locked up tried the other kiosk same thing ordered and went to pay it locks up go to the register guess what no one working the front register or paying attention employee on in dining area leaned over counter looked directly at me and kept doing what she was doing on her phones left and went to Burger King across the street
