The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the tex Mex fajitas and it wasn't all that great. I've eaten at several Mexican restaurants all over the country and have had better. My friend ordered a chicken taco and steak taco she said hers were delicious. Would i try it again yes. But I would definitely try something other than the fajitas. As far as the service and the atmosphere neither of which was very good I was not impressed
I frequently get food from Mi Sombrero…specifically their beef or chicken nachos. The last order I received didn’t have as much meat or cheese as normally, so when placing my order today, I asked for a smidge more of both. When I picked up my order, they only charged me for one entree and when I say these are LOADED! It was such a kind gesture, especially when things are a bit hard at this time. I recommend this restaurant several times over.
Basic Mexican restaurant has most of the typical fare. I had the tex-mex fajitas, and they were good. The refried beans and rice were forgettable. The chips were warm, and salsa was ok. The taco salad was a bit on the small side. I would eat here again, but I wouldn't drive out of my way to get here.
