Called to place a carry out order and the lady who answered the phone sounded very unpleasant and rude. After we got to the hazlehurst location to pick our order up we paid and the lady told us it was gonna be a couple more minutes, so we said okay. And then a little after that, we were told that they are “out of chicken” for the Alfredo so I don’t understand why I was told “just a couple more minutes” if the food wasn’t actually already in the oven and if there “out of chicken”. Then we asked for a refund and to that the lady says she’s not able to issue a refund because only general managers have the ability to do so and the general manager isn’t currently at the location. We should have been told before we paid that we wouldn’t be able to have what we ordered. I’m very dissatisfied with my visit and the customer service at the Pizza Hut hazlehurst location. Will not be returning. Our order was placed at 6:28pm on Monday August 19th and we didn’t get it until 7:08 and when we did get it our pizza wasn’t made right so we went back in and asked for the general manager to be called. The GM was called but couldn’t make it in store. I asked for Alfredo but didn’t get Alfredo , and I asked for jalapeños on my pizza and didn’t get that either. Fortunately, they took my name and number down and told me I would get a call tomorrow about my refund hopefully they actually do it. After all this we didn’t end up leaving with our order until around 7:20 so we waited for almost a full hour for our food to be incorrect . We’re just glad the general manager was helpful.
would give less stars if possible. NEGATIVE. they OWE ME MONEY OR FOOD and no one will do anything about the incompetence. the manager on duty (young black guy who refuses to give his name) has disrespected me on several occasions. telling me he has no authority to resolve an issue but refuses to let me speak to any other person in charge.
Thursday, I ordered through the PIZZA HUT APP (NOT DOORDASH) and they took it upon themselves to send my food out to a DoorDash driver. The food never came and I called to get to the bottom of it. He refused to issue a refund, no store credit, no food. told me to call back and speak to the “real manager” and it’s now Monday and he’s the one answering the phone. Told me “to wait and let someone call me like he said the first time”. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. 4 days later and I’m still 33$ without money/credit/or food. He needs to be fired! Incompetent and disgusting.

We got two pizzas, Buffalo chicken was not made rigth it had onions added, and when we picked it up, the topping just slid off it didn't even look completely melted. Then the big new Yorker had so much seasoning on it that it affected its taste. Hate to say it, but we thru booth pizzas out

Pizza was never delivered and the manager was very rude . I was told I could go pick my pizza up and that I would have a credit for all the hassle I ordered my pizza at 8 and was able to get it at almost 10. Was told two different stories. They need better management or just close

My carry-out pizza was coming out of the oven as I was walking in - very prompt. Also, all the employees were super nice. The best part, we love your meat lovers pizza. It's the best! Thank you!

What can I say, I love Pizza Hut’s melts!! They’re always well made, and the service is great.
My wife placed an order for food at 7:20. Part of the order showed up at about 8:00 which was fine, but after several calls and several stories we are sitting here at 9:20 without the rest of the order. This is the third time in a row that something has happened whether it be they forgot parts of the order or they took forever to deliver, it’s getting old. The last excuse was that they were short on staff because they aren’t bringing in enough money, that may be the case, but stretching out two employees and expecting them to be able to keep up with everything, causing a two hour wait, does not help make money flow. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be a habitual issue, and if management wants to succeed it needs to be taken care of. But for me… three strikes and you’re out!
