My husband and I got bogo 1/2 off. I got a subway club with double meat. He got a Philly cheese steak with double meat. We asked the sandwich be toasted. I ordered online and I was 3 minutes early for pickup, my bread was toasted but the meat on both was ice cold. My sandwich had double meat but the Philly I paid almost 16$ for barely had any meat in it. I guess I'm gonna have to start checking my sandwiches before I leave the premises.

If you have an online order placed here and it isn’t filled, they will not refund you like they’re supposed to. I went through all the steps and emails which ensured a refund, just for the store owner to not issue it or help me at all.

Workers throw random toppings you don’t request on the sandwich. No hairnets but three heads full of nappy hair.
One worker comes back from break and just wets her hands in the sink and begins working no soap.

Today at Subway when I was ordering my food something didn’t taste right! It’s was so bad and Nasty! Bad connection Was Awful! I really wanted a refund and get my money back! They need to do better bad customer service!?
Food good but the service stinks. They need to do better. The one lady has a bad attitude. She need to be nicer. She makes me not want to eat there. She needs let chick fi la teach her hospitality.
