I’m born and raised in Augusta Ga & have been going to this locations for years…. Me and my Special Needs son decided to visit this location and I decided to let him order by himself this particular day.. I passed the machine and pulled to the window because I felt as though an actual person had a better chance of understanding my baby than a robot….. I was greeted by this young lady with a smile on her face and the most polite attitude I may have came across in fast food. She asked how WE were doing and asked what we’d like to order. My baby told her the best he could as she helped him decide and TOOK HER TIME with him. My heart was racing so fast because I normally would have jumped in and finished out what he had to say. But this young lady was so patient with my baby it warmed my heart🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. After I paid for our meal she then told me to give her a moment and began making our food. Within no time at all she was back food in hand with the same glory filled smile!!!!! I asked her name and thanked her and I BELIEVE it was Destiny or Jesstine?? However i just wanted to thank the kindhearted young lady with the blonde hair at this location once again. THANK YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SWEETHEART. We enjoyed the meal very much ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️!

I placed an order through the app. When I arrived, the cashier was friendly at first and handed me my order without issue. After running a few errands, I realized the French fries from my combo were missing from the bag.
I went back to the restaurant to let them know, hoping it could be corrected quickly. Instead, this little Soulja Boy looking girl and minion sidekick suddenly became rude, accused me of lying, and slammed the window in my face. I tried to show her the bag, which clearly had no fries and no signs that any had ever been there--not even oil residue. I asked to speak to a manager, and she told me that her brother is the manager and she runs the store, so I'd have to come back tomorrow.
What really pmo was when she said, "You're yelling over some fries." Yes,little cockroach stud--because I paid for them and expected to get what I ordered. It wasn't coming out of the company's pocket or the little paychecks this little girls get so I am confused about what made them get ignorant about my order they messed up on. It wasn't just about the fries--it was the complete lack of respect and unprofessional conduct that made me feel like these little kids need to be terminated quickly
Obviously Lil Wayn's Twin is mad that their dreadlocks aren't thriving nor staying moisturized and that sidekick troll needs to enroll in school and actually do something for his life.
I don't usually leave reviews, but the attitude and poor customer service were unacceptable. Do better. Just hope no customer comes up there who is on the same energy but way past my level of decrement and not take the page from the woman from Tennessee at Church's Chicken. Hopefully that doesn't become their future.
Update: Talked to your broke ssa manager and he’s a SOB!!! I should’ve known that if one idiot sibling doesn’t have the bandwidth to comprehend a gotdam thing, what is the P#ssy ssa brother about to do!! They both came from the same rotten trees so it’s just in their dna. Whatever is coming to them in life, it’s well deserved and I hope the highest level of success stops at being employed at Checkers. Wish nothing but misfortune to everyone at this location!

I went here and got two of the $4 meal deals. I haven’t been to this location in years due to an issue I had a while back!!! I pulled to the window and the “manager” (a girl) and another employee (a guy) were screaming and cursing each other to the top of their lungs. It was three people working. There were people in line at the drive thru, at the window outside, and people pulled in front waiting for food. We sat over 35 minutes AFTER ordering then had to sit another 5 minutes because they left the apple pie out the bag. People that ordered after me received their food first. Then they didn’t even have the decency to try to make it right. After what we had gone through a complimentary of anything should have been offered. It was so much that had transpired with in the minutes we sat there and I can not type all of it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE AND AT THIS POINT IT SHOULD JUST BE SHUT DOWN!!!
