Absolute nightmare. Every time I visit, the order is wrong and I have to go correct it. Same thing on the app but u get a nice attitude over the phone when they can’t answer a question right either. And then Won’t assist with contacting some who can help with assisting me in being refunded. Unprofessional and disorganized.

I love Hardee's. I always have, and will continue even after this. This was my absolutely worse experience with hardee's ever. A basic ham and cheese sandwich that thin and for that much money with not even a fresh bun, is ridiculous.

Bathroom toilet seat in men's room was disgusting. Worker, I think manager, was in yhe stall when I had to go and he come out like nothing wrong and just let me walk into the stall looking like that pictured. Attached is picture of the toilet in the men's bathroom. The seat looks like poo seared onto the seat itself, not fresh, disgusting and no seat covers available either. Very nasty and unprpfessional. Food, the bread was stale on my wife's chicken sandwich. Drinks, the sprite was bad, same guy mentioned above said he knew, but never put a sign or did anything to fix it. Very lazy management there. We will not he going back to this location. If I want Hardee's, I'll have to drive the extra time into Augusta to go to the peach orchard location instead.
