I went here for lunch and got lunch hibachi chicken and steak.
Took it home and it looked pretty good. When I looked closer barely any steak and barely any chicken. They filled the box with rice and veggies. I love rice and veggies so i wasn't even mad but when I ate it there was NO seasoning at all. No seasoning on the steak. No seasoning on the chicken, which isn't a big deal to me. Worst of all the rice was just almost stale white rice with some soy sauce not seasoned well. I do not like Yum Yum sauce very much but it was the only thing that made me tolerate the food.

Four shrimp, an ounce and a half of steak, and not very many veggies. The food was good so I decided to try again. This time I got the dinner chicken hibachi with rice and veg. Unfortunately however, this time not only were the portion sizes small (maybe 3 oz chicken 3 oz veggies BUT PLENTY OF RICE), but the food was also extremely bland and under seasoned. Not worth the $$$

My brother picked up Osaka's cause we had eaten there before and liked it, but while I was eating to my disgust I found a dead roach in my vegetables. Almost threw up on the spot. Gordon Rasmey would probably have a field day there. Gross.

I'm so excited to have a restaurant like this on this side of town! The prices were very reasonable for the lunch menu as well. We got chicken/shrimp hibachi with veggies, rice and noodles, all excellent. Also got the pork belly katsu which was so tasty! And I got a couple sushi rolls (the only thing I remembered to take pictures of).
I will say, almost everything was pretty bland on its own. However, each dish was paired with a unique sauce that really brought the food to life. I think this is great for people to adjust their levels of salt/flavor for their dietary needs! Once we dipped the food in the paired sauce, it was all delicious. My husband even said it's the best we've had in Augusta! The fried rice and soups were flavorful enough on their own, but the meats and sushi rolls benefitted significantly from the sauces. The rice in the sushi though was perfectly cooked and seasoned.
I might order some extra sauce for my sushi next time but overall it was all very fresh and delicious. My husband also said he would opt for a dinner portion for his hibachi next time because he wished he had more of the chicken and shrimp, but I thought it was a reasonable portion for a lunch serving and the rice, veggies and noodles were all very generous portions.
We got carryout, but when I went in by myself to pick up our large order the staff greeted me very sweetly were so kind to help me carry my order out to my car. From the outside the place looks a bit uninviting because of the window shades, but it's a very clean welcoming atmosphere inside (in no way reminiscent of the huddle house that used to be in the building). We can't wait to visit again!

Dietary restrictions: Sauce was all served on the side so you can limit salt intake if necessary.

The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly but the food was so disappointing chicken teriyaki with long strips not cut up cubes the teriyaki was not even sticking to the chicken is just pulled over Kyoto's and other Japanese restaurants in the Augusta area this one was at the bottom of the chart sorry I will not go back

I had work here and everyone is nice the food is good.Even the manager was the best they are so friendly. I felt so welcome when I work here. And the food is always good 10/10. The food I recommend is the steak( Mr) and chicken truck e its really good ps the dinner porshion.

Went with my daughter as a first timer! Was super impressed. I ordered the onion soup, and the Bento dinner box with steak. Was so worth it. Our server was also very nice. I will say wear a sweater or jacket. We ate in and it was very cool.
Food was very fresh and delicious. Service was prompt, and our waiter AJ was very nice and extremely attentive. My mother wanted her hibachi lunch made a certain way, AJ wrote it all down, and the kitchen nailed it. Overall, highly recommend. Will be back.

The service from our server JJ and the manager Jay was excellent! Our food was served in a timely manner! The atmosphere was nice, clean, and very pleasant! Glad to have in Hephzibah!!!

First time visiting, not too crowded, We started off with the Fuji Sampler which was so good. I ordered the 2020 Roll (sushi) and it was so fresh. We tried the TNT roll it was so full of flavor and I like that it had a crispy outside! The Chef Jay was Awesome!! 10/10
