I placed an order online last night 12/11/24 around 6ish pm. I get the order and get home NO Cheese sticks or marinara sauce. Also I asked for honey BBQ wings I get BBQ wings. I called back to make.them aware and I got the rudest person on the phone. After I asked for a manager this lady placed.me on whole and then come back to the phone as if she's the manager. I'm so sick of m playing games with this location. My order number was 100. Do better,people work to hard for their money to just give it away.

Order delivery paid for extra cheese. Barely got any. App said it was delivered at 10:04. It was not called the store and said the driver was still out. I’m assuming they said it was delivered so it wouldn’t messed where their delivery accuracy.

I ordered a pizza and tried to pick up at the restaurant when I got there they told me the pizza was still going to be another 15 to 20 minutes. I left came back 20 minutes later and they told me the pizza had actually never even been made so it was going to have to be another 20 to 25 minutes, the lady at the register was kind about it and told me she would refund me but still the overall experience was a bummer.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I thought it was just the 1st time. No I tried them again today. There were 3 dry pizzas 2 were already half gone when I walked in at 11:50. 12:15 still same 3 dry pizzas so I just got some of that. New pizza which was 2 came at 12:20. Some people got up and left. There were no plates at the pizza bar. I had to ask for some. I GOT UP AND FIXED MY OWN DRINK because I only seen the waitress once. Oh and there were NO utensils to get the pasta with so I had to use one from another dish. Still paid 13 dollars for poor service. NEEDLESS to say I DID NOT LEAVE A TIP.
This experience was the absolute worst! I went in at lunch time because the sign said "buffet dine in." When I walked in, the cashier didn't greet me (or the other guest walking in the door). The cashier is using the computer. After about 3 or 4 minutes, the cashier then says "placing an order or picking up an order?" I told her I'd like the buffet. She asked me what I'd like to drink which was starry. Then she told me to have a seat and she'd bring my drink. She brought me water instead. I saw a drink machine, so I proceeded to pour out my water and get starry. I tried to get ice (the reservoir was empty).The drink machine was just carbonated water. I told the cashier and she just replied with ok. I then approach the buffet tables and to my surprise there is 4 pans (supreme, pepperoni, sausage) with approximately 3 - 4 small crusty slices of pizza. I then ask the cashier how long before more pizza is put out. She replies " it's just me. They got me running." I said I understand. It's just that I can't eat pork and everything on the bar is pork. The salad bar was also empty. She then told me she would get some pizza out for me. I sit and wait for another 10 minutes. Then she walks over to me and say I got pizza coming out for you. I thanked her and waited another 7 minutes. She came back with a personal pan pizza and said "I'll let you take it with you, and I didn't charge you the buffet price, just $6.47. What???? I left and when I got home I looked at the pizza. It was a pernal beef pizza. So y'all have advertisement for buffet but this turned into a personal pan carryout instead. Furthermore, if you knew you had no food on this bar, the 1st thing you do is notify the guest when they come in. Also, if you decide to change the "all you can eat" to what you will eat, please at least be courteous enough to ask what kind of pizza I'd like. This was unprofessional, unsatisfactory, and if this is the way pizza hut is slaving it's employees by having only 1 personal run a restaurant, y'all should close the doors NOW! This experience was insane and a complete waste of time and money.

Pizza Hut, please give Anthony at this location a raise. He absolutely exceeded expectations. Great customer service that you don’t get a lot of places. Also check the food his self as he handing it to you and he catches mistake fast that way he had to remake one of my pizza and had it out in ready for me in 10 minutes. I hope corporate will see this and award him for his great service and making this location great! Thank you Anthony!!!!!!!
