I do deliveries and had issues a few monthss ago with the prior staff being rude. I had to wait 20 minutes on others and they acted like I was not there and waited on others no matter how kind I would be. It was a shame because the food seemed so good. Now I tried to give it another chance and noticed that they changed up their staff and now it is such a refreshing change! It is such a pleasure to work with this new staff. My orders are complete, the staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you for being kind and keep up the great work!

I only order the catfish fromThis place. The fish has lot's of breading on them but It is good. They used to put tarter sauce in your bag but now it seems you have to ask. The onion rings are disappointing although fried the rings are soft and a bit soggy without that crunch you expect. They blast vulgar rap music and should address the fly issue.

Just drove 25 mins there and back home just for my fries to be undercooked, I told them to make my food fresh tomorrow. They goin to tell me only the fries, this is the full meal, if it ain't right then remake the whole thing simple. Customer service sucks !

I want to share my experience at this establishment, especially for fellow DoorDash drivers. Please be aware that this place may pose safety concerns, and anyone entering should be cautious. I found the behavior of the staff and owner to be unprofessional and disrespectful.
During my visit to pick up a DoorDash order, upon entering the establishment, I was immediately struck by an overwhelming smell of marijuana, and the loud music created an atmosphere more akin to a nightclub than a restaurant. The cashiers were dressed in pajamas and slippers, which is unprofessional and raises concerns about hygiene.
The cashier was extremely rude and aggressive. She made threatening comments towards me, including saying she would spit on me and calling someone to come and confront me. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation, the owner and other staff members did not intervene or address her behavior.
The cashier expressed negative opinions about DoorDash drivers, implying that we are not valued. I felt unsafe and had to contact DoorDash support and the police for assistance.
It is concerning that such behavior was allowed to continue without any action from the management. I hope that the owner takes this feedback seriously and works on creating a more respectful and safe environment for both customers and delivery drivers.
I advise others to consider their safety when visiting this establishment.

The customer service at this establishment is unprofessional and deplorable. I’ve witnessed the cashier disrespect a customer by cursing at her and calling her names while other customers watched in awe and the manager did nothing to correct the situation. While waiting for my food I feared for my safety. Please eat and enter at your own risk.

I don't know how in the world this place is open. I don't know who the health inspector is but they have to paying him to stay open. I ordered late night and my order wasn't right. I parked and went inside.🤢🤮😷. That carpet is so FILTHY AND SMELLS OF SOUR WHATEVER. WHY DO YOU HAVE CARPET IN A DINING AREA. ALL I CAN SAY IS CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!
