Cold chicken! Poor customer service and place looks terrible!

A great place to get delicious seafood, chicken, and other delicious food items. I called my order in and was ready in about 15-20 minutes as told upon placing my order.

Very rude employees

I waited at the cash register once it was my turn to order for over 2mins..no problem right but Destiny the attendant didn't say a word..she was ringing up multiple tickets...and than she answers the phone..okay..and still didn't say a word...she had this attitude like she was upset about something...so than I say..I know you meant to say (I'll be right with you)..she smirked, exposed attitude even more...
People's when yall are making that money...handle your business and represent.

How this place doesn't have at least 4.5 stars is beyond me. Open 24 hrs and the food is amazing. My go to spot for grabbing a late night meal.

Red Shock is an extremely unsatisfactory restaurant located in Augusta, Georgia. The conditions are appalling, and I would hesitate to serve even the lowest quality food to any living creature from this establishment. The staff exhibits unprofessional behavior and a lack of hygiene. The kitchen area appears unclean, and the employees do not adhere to necessary safety protocols, lacking proper personal protective equipment. Their attire suggests a disregard for cleanliness and professionalism. The drive-through area is also poorly maintained. I strongly believe that this establishment should be permanently closed, as it has faced shutdowns in the past, and it is time for a final resolution.

Place is run like a hangout spot & not a business. Loud music with profanity, workers with bad attitudes & just poor customer service

First when a customer calls and the person who answers is cursing someone else in the back ground , it's not good business, second they will hang up in your face and speak to you very rudely, Third is when a customer goes in to a place and every one behind the. Counter is screaming and cursing and playing loud music with all kinds of cursing it's just not good business. I love the food but the service and employee are almost not worth my time and money to return . If they don't do better it will end up costing them customer. Do better to get better business......
