I put in a application because it's right by my house I have literally 25 years in fast food and subway sent me this saying they found someone with more experience are you serious that's a lie and why lie about it is what made me do this post

I always come to this location and today’s visit was very upsetting. The workers who was there always help me and are very polite. The problem lies with an older man who was working today was talking down to the employees in front of all the guest suggesting they was stealing and telling them to move and GO HOME! When I asked was he the boss or the owner I was told he was a friend of the owner who is watching the restaurant while the owner was away. Well this rude guy made your honest workers cry and humiliated them in front of several people. I also smelled alcohol from his breathe! This type of behavior is not acceptable and should be taken care of immediately!! The same ladies always helps me and enjoy working there but today my perception changed and I will not be back to this location EVER!! Stop treating the employees as criminals!! I hope and pray this gets resolved quickly!! Unsatisfied customer!!

I have found Hair in my food that was not mine and recently found long strands in my sandwich as the employee were not wearing a hair net. Completely turns me away from eating subway all together.

Horrible customer service. I made an online order and waited until the app said the order was ready. When I arrived not only was my order not printed or started but I was given no explanation for it being late or a new estimated time of completion. I will not be a returning customer.

This is by far the best Subway in Augusta! It matters WHO owns/runs the place. It warms my heart to be welcomed when I go in and they never fail!

I walked in this location one day and seen they were out of oatmeal raisin cookies. I was ask what did I need. I stated oatmeal raisin cookies but they were out. One of the guys said no worries that he could fix me some fresh. That’s a first usually if these stores are out then they are out. I ask how long smiles and said ok. Ever since then I have been walking in asking for them fresh and assuming he’s the owner immediately fixes them without any hesitation whether there is some in the stand or not. This to me is customer service at its finest… They are all ready to serve you as soon as you walk in the door. As far as I seen the ladies have great personalities perfect customer service

Disappointed. Ordered a couple of times online and the orders were not up to par. Either the amount of ingredients were skimpy or they just go through the motions of just completing an order. No matter what. If you wanted things toasted, it wasn't. Extra meat, not happening regardless if you've paid for it. Better off ordering in person or going somewhere else.
