The chalupa I ordered literally tasted like dog food... They aren't even making the food fresh. The meat was very. Every restaurant in hephzibah is nasty except for the Japanese spot Osaka across the street... THIS TACO BELL IS DISGUSTING.

Food was horrible, I ordered two chicken quesadillas with soft tacos. Half of one of my quesadillas had NOTHING on it, and all the rest of the food had barely anything, the soft tacos had a thin line of meat, and the quesadillas didn’t have any sauce and barely any meat & cheese! Absolutely crazy

HIT OR REALLY MISS!!! When I give a review I like to be fair. I've recently gone to this taco bell because I love nacho fries and they are back on the menu. Each time the fries have been cold. Which would be cool is the customer service did not lack so bad. On one occasion I went ordered a meal got the purple mountain dew. The drink in the fountain clearly needed to be changed because it had no taste to it. I asked for my drink to be changed to baja blast. The lady did so after 3-4 huffs and puffs. Thr young lady at the drive thru on 11/21/25 around 2pm has the worst customer service skills im surprise she has a job. Dang near threw the food out the window didn't ask if I needed sauce or anything.
Here is the pro- place is clean most of the time. Also there is one manager there who is extremely friendly and a youngman with glasses also.
If they hire the more friendly people they can definitely have a higher rating.

I was not too happy with the food today,but I called and spoke with the young manager and she was very polite,and accommodating.,And that calmed me down although I did not want to drive back to return my item. I just wanted them to prep the food better and she assured me that in the future she would. Everyone deserve a chance that is understanding and polite that's calming. I just ordered an Cartina chicken bowl from the Taco Bell on Spear Creek Road, The portions are ridiculous The bowl is not even halfway filled up you don’t have to worry about me coming back.

Taco shells extremely stale. Shouldn't fall apart when on our drive home is short. I ordered 4 taco supremes there were no tomatoes, no sour cream, I did as for no cheese add onions. Well I got NO supreme tacos. What I got was regular tacos. They had no tomatoes, no sour cream. Had cheese on them and the onion. So someone was reading the order. I paid for supreme tacos plus extra for the onions but I got regular tacos.

I had lunch here during the week, the food was exactly what i wanted and have come to expect from Taco Bell. Just right, not too greasy and good flavor and portion size - 3 crunchy tacos. I enjoyed sitting in the cool air conditioning and had a good chance to cool off from the summer heat here in Georgia. A nice break during my day, good food stop and very comfortable, with no sense of hurrying to get me out the door. And clean restroom, too. Decent price, good fast food, and I will definitely be back. Good job, Taco Bell!

Instead, I was greeted with genuine friendliness, patience, and phenomenal service. The staff didn’t cut corners — they took their time, made everything fresh, and delivered it with a smile.
At an hour when most would be checked out and ready to clock out, this team was locked in and still focused on quality. That kind of dedication and positive attitude is rare — especially that late at night.
