Taco shells extremely stale. Shouldn't fall apart when on our drive home is short. I ordered 4 taco supremes there were no tomatoes, no sour cream, I did as for no cheese add onions. Well I got NO supreme tacos. What I got was regular tacos. They had no tomatoes, no sour cream. Had cheese on them and the onion. So someone was reading the order. I paid for supreme tacos plus extra for the onions but I got regular tacos.

I had lunch here during the week, the food was exactly what i wanted and have come to expect from Taco Bell. Just right, not too greasy and good flavor and portion size - 3 crunchy tacos. I enjoyed sitting in the cool air conditioning and had a good chance to cool off from the summer heat here in Georgia. A nice break during my day, good food stop and very comfortable, with no sense of hurrying to get me out the door. And clean restroom, too. Decent price, good fast food, and I will definitely be back. Good job, Taco Bell!

Instead, I was greeted with genuine friendliness, patience, and phenomenal service. The staff didn’t cut corners — they took their time, made everything fresh, and delivered it with a smile.
At an hour when most would be checked out and ready to clock out, this team was locked in and still focused on quality. That kind of dedication and positive attitude is rare — especially that late at night.

I went thur drive thur got food not what I ordered went back and Manager was so disrespectful she closed the drive thur window on me twice while I was talking I asked for 2 burrito supreme got 2 nasty looking tacos the cost was the same as 2 burrito supreme they repeated my order but hit 2 of the wrong item my fault but the managers attitude. I WILL NOT EVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE a customer lost I will not break the restaurant I know but I will not spend my money at another one bcause of her. I went 2/1/2025 around 8:45pm.
