I have visited this place twice and asked for crispy wings
Both times the chicken looked old and I got sick
I even experienced a cook eating more than me while preparing my order

My first experience at zacks wings & seafood was awesome the food was good. It was still hot when I got home. My wife and I enjoyed the food and plan on going back soon I give it a 20/20 thats how good the food is I got the peach lemonade and my wife got lemonade the peach lemonade is omg good I got the house fried shrimp my wife got a po boy and 10 Honey mustard wings. We eating right now omg

Whoever is in the kitchen now,is doing an EXCELLENT JOB!
LEMON PEPPER WING,ALL FLAT,EXTRA-EXTRA CRISPY,EXTRA WET.
They were delicious.
Also, the young Lady who took my order and the young man who packed my order up, were very professional and friendly.
They get it right,every time,even tho my order is very specific.

They are very unprofessional and the owner didn’t want to fix the mistake that his young employee made to my order and told I can pay extra to fix their mistake. Already reported them to BBB.

The employees there wasn’t very welcoming and to be honest, to tell a customer they can’t substitute a side for another one is insane. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money on service like that. At least act like you’re happy to be there.

The wings are good, but the Yaki noodles w/shrimp is my favorite. I love that it has a little spice to it and the portion is so big.

I don't usually post reviews but, this place started out great with me but now with the new people service is terrible. I phone in my order at 6:03pm arrived and it took 40 minutes to get my food because they didn't put the order in, ok. So when I got home and opened the container, thats right wrong food!!! I know I should have checked better but I was put out from waiting so long. I returned and of course they questioned me and wanted to shift the blame until I pulled out the receipt! I hope the owner read this review. I will give them a couple more trys if things get better I'll edit or delete this negative review, until than they got to eat this one, since they served it.
