I don't usually post reviews but, this place started out great with me but now with the new people service is terrible. I phone in my order at 6:03pm arrived and it took 40 minutes to get my food because they didn't put the order in, ok. So when I got home and opened the container, thats right wrong food!!! I know I should have checked better but I was put out from waiting so long. I returned and of course they questioned me and wanted to shift the blame until I pulled out the receipt! I hope the owner read this review. I will give them a couple more trys if things get better I'll edit or delete this negative review, until than they got to eat this one, since they served it.

Went to purchase a wing combo was standing up waiting on my food,once it was ready the young lady that waited on me opened up my food while another customer was standing there. I said to her why would you opwn my food and I wasn't up there. Who wants someone else breathing all over their food?I then ask for the manager he was so nasty and rude. I will never return back there. Customer Services is everything to me‼️

Every time I come here I always get the wings! They have sooo many different flavors but everything I tried had been good ? so far I took a moment to actually look at the menu and this place offers a lot of extra items that need to be tried….shhheeesh sounds like I will be back ? meanwhile it was a pleasure ☺️grateful for this progressed day✌? #stayfocused™️

Decided to give this place a try because my normal spot wasn’t answering the phone. Service was good but my food wasn’t. My honey lemon pepper wings were more or less just lemon pepper wings, no honey and I could tell my food was fried in old grease. The taste was extremely strong. Probably won’t return.

Ever since they changed staff the customer service has been trash!!!! Not to mention since prices went up the quality of their food has not been what it used to be. I would not recommend, you would get better service across the street at BTJ wings, smh.

Price is a little bit high for the quality you get. The sauces (Buffalo and russy sauces) are SUPER salty like a Karen at a PTA meeting.
Food is so good!! 10/10 most definitely will be getting a larger wing count next time we order. There chocolate cake where do I start. I need a whole cake to be happy cause it’s soooo good!!!

Went today with an order of over $75 consisted of 3 piece catfish, 30 wings, chicken fried rice, bang bang shrimp. I ordered online and was told it would take 5 min after arrival for the food to be ready. Problem one food took way longer than five min to get ready almost 20 min. When our number was finally called to get the food the box that had the fish in it had a large hole and they left off the chicken fried rice. I asked for the fish to be placed in another box and for the rice I paid $10.99 for. Waited another 7 min for the rice to get ready and she hands me a box of cooked white rice with some vegetables thrown in it. I asked what is this I ordered chicken fried rice, showed her the ticket she proceeds to take the box back. Another 6 or so minutes pass and she brings back the same rice with a couple of grilled chicken breast thrown on top. I asked what is this? Is this supposed to be fried rice because nothing is fried about this. After saying yes it was and did we need anything else she brushed it off as no big deal. Got to the house and the wings are over cooked, bang bang shrimp was just some popcorn shrimp from Walmart doused in Buffalo sauce and the friend rice was so bland it was laughable!! We won’t be back place was horrible and customer service is just as bad!
